I thought I was being over charged so I ask the young woman behind counter that I think I was overcharged. She immediately said “you have to take it up with Corporate, you want the number?” not even trying to help me. She handed me 7 large pizza and no thank you, NOTHING. Very RUDE I called Corporate and the lady explain how the ticket rings up. Took her a whole minute to help me. So thank you to the lady at Corporate who helped me.

Removing Pizza Hut from my delivery options. I’ve now allowed 2 poor experiences from this location. And it’s just no longer acceptable. Both I’ve waited 2 hours for a delivery, with no expectation of when my pizza will be delivered. Called to complain both times, and almost waited an additional hour to talk to someone who actually cared about my complaints.

Consistently mess up orders, both delivery and carryout. They always remake them and/or send the new ones out, but they pretty much have to do this EVERY time. Both Westside locations. 1 year later. Nothing has changed.

Do not go to Pizza hut off Gage by the VA people are rude and literally leave your pizza on the oven belt so it can get cold. Manager rude as heck and has no name tag go figure and refused to give cooperate # I’m sure because he is unprofessional and wanted to argue. And gave me the wrong pizza toppings. Stay away IMO

Gage Blvd Pizza Hut rocks! This Pizza Hut always has friendly, helpful employees. The best thing is that their pizzas always have generous toppings, very well seasoned and hot pizzas. The few times we had a problem, they corrected the pizza, refunded money, yet, remade the order with option to have it delivered since we had carry out to begin with. It’s the place to get your pizza. They are carryout or delivery only, no inside seating available.
