If I could give them 0 stars I would I got wing when I received them they had no sauce! Pizza cold! I waiting 1hr30 minute to get my order called multiple time kept getting put in hold to wait for a manager (lady) and she placed me on hold never came back and I ask for a refund and I still have yet to get one back! I won’t ever be ordering from here or another Pizza Hut again! Awf

Ordered for pick-up. Ready fast. It was good and the young folks working seemed like good employees. There were like 4 or more there and I picked it up around 7. Imo nowadays it’s better to pick up your own food and probably not a good idea to judge a place based on delivery service.

The male csr was very rude from the start when I got my order. He hung up on a customer as i was getting my order. When I checked my order and one pizza was wrong so I told him what was wrong. He slammed the pizza on the heating rack and very rudely said what was wrong with it, and said it’ll be a 15 min wait. So I asked for the manager and she came up and dismissed him, I told her how rude he was, and asked if my pizza could be put in the warmer. When my pizza was ready he brought it out, and I asked about my other pizzas. He ruddley said where are they! I understand your busy Friday nights. I’ve been pizza delivery driver for over 7 years in many different locations and never seen anyone that rude. I always tip especially since I had a free large from points. He would have gotten a $5 tip.

Always have very friendly staff and pizza is pretty consistent. Ordering online or through the app makes carry out ordering much easier. The newer space is more suited for the majority carry out/delivery service. Will continue to frequent this location. Kudos to the friendly staff.

Do not get your pizza from here! An hour and a half delivery time and the pizza was cold when it got here. When you call to get the status, they hang up or you get routed to a call center. They absolutely do not care about customers. If I could rate them zero stars, I would!

Bad service, called to place order and was told 40-50 minutes for delivery. At the 52 minute mark I received a text saying it would be delivered but not by Pizza Hut it was being delivered by Door Dash and it would be delivered an hour after the original time they said.

After placing an order at 6:15, the confirmation email let me know I’d have the pizza by 8:40. Over two hours later… don’t waste your time. Order from Domino’s and have it in 30-40 minutes.
