Amazing customer service. Annabell is so sweet. She has a great personality. I also adore LaDonna she is an amazing manager. I came after 8 pm. I don’t know it was locked so I ate door. I called thinking they were closed Annabell was so sweet told me to come to the window. She then made smile she was so happy and nice. I also forgot the shaky cheese and peppers. She had no problem adding them and letting me know they were $0.99 each which is great. I’d definitely suggest this one over the other one in JC. This staff is so amazing and they make sure you’re taken care of. Annabell also put plates and napkins in the bag. I forgot about that part. The pizza looks and smells amazing, I can’t wait to eat it!!!

This Pizza Hut must be losing money big time; Everytime I come here the front door are locked and place looks closed what got me upset though Today July 8 2023 I called right outside the store at 0945; And the female said she locked the door because she is the only one here when I clearly see two people in the store;

We haven’t eaten at a Pizza Hut in person for years, and so glad we stopped in tonight – it was delicious! Had the salad bar, breadsticks, and two different pizzas – and some of the best Pizza Hut pizza we’ve ever had! The service was amazing, very friendly and attentive, we had Ladonna as our server and she did awesome! We definitely will be back!

Just ordered today as my family loves the pizza melts! We always ask for extra dipping sauce and literally the last 4 times they have forgot the sauce. It’s to a point that I now check the bags outside with the driver. Today the sauce was forgotten again today the the driver (Matthew) actually came back with it!!!! Many thanks and I appreciate that Matthew!

Came here with my family on Sunday and took the buffet option. Pizza and salad were good. The place got busy quick for lunch, but the staff did well restocking the pizza buffet. We will come again.

Last night we ordered delivery and the delivery driver told his boss that he called and knocked on the door and he never did, so the he called me and was very rude and he ended up hanging up on me. Usually the Buffalo chicken is good but it was very spicy and the food was cold.

We ordered through the app for delivery but were told that they couldn’t break a big bill. This has never happened before today, plus every time we order from the Chestnut location they always seem to mess something up. Last time it was tomatoes on my veggie pizza, good thing I’m not allergic! Do better Pizza Hut.
