They don’t put any cheese on the top of the pizzas and now they charge additional charges, so it turns out you’re buying EXPENSIVE DOUGH! It’s disgusting! I called them & they said they only put a medium cup of cheese & didn’t even try to fix my nasty doughy pizzas! We paid $90 for our dough! DONT GO HERE!!!!

I ordered 2 personal pan pizzas and breadsticks and am definitely disappointed. There was so much sauce on the pizza it kept falling off the pizza because with the 2 tiny pieces of cheese, nothing to hold it on. The 2 stars are for the hot fresh breadsticks. Definitely not worth the money and will not be ordering from there again.

Overall everything’s great. The pizza tastes really good and the staff, for the most part, is really friendly. The reason I only give them four stars is that sometimes, for some reason, the pizza comes out with hardly any sauce on it. Other than that, though, I’d give them five stars.

What my order reads when I submit them what my email says. Called after it was delivered i wanted it changed so the manager says, “yes we’ll have a new one over in 30 mins”. Still no pizza in one hour. So I call and no record of this new pizza. Of which – I was told, “don’t eat for the exchange”… cool. Finally took the void/return that can’t be guaranteed for 3-4 business days with no email confirmation. Very disappointed.

If I could give a 1 star I would. This business would not know how to provide good customer service if their livelihoods depended on it. The manager lady that works here is so very rude and disrespectful. She canceled my order and then didn’t tell me it was canceled due to her not having staff. I run a Lawrence business and I understand short staffing however the way this was takin care of was so so highly unprofessional. I’m beside myself after this experience and I will never order from this location again. After this experience I may just choose to take my future personal and business orders somewhere else all together. This was laughable Pizza Hut of Lawrence Kansas. If this is the standard being accepted I can understand why so many of our local eateries are closing down.

Our order is always correct, hot and fresh however last night we had a less than desirable experience. The middle aged male, slim build with glasses, employee was rude. Had rung the bell through the drive thru. I assumed he hadn’t heard it so roughly 3 minutes later I rang it again. He came near the window saying “Hey!” And put his finger in the air “Wait!”. I understand being short staffed but the attitude wasn’t necessary through our interaction. Typically everyone is so kind! He was rushed and didn’t ask if we needed anything else, just shoved my order out the window and shut it.
