Hello my name is Ashley Miller i was wanting to put in a complaint for the bonner springs pizza hut 13028 kansas ave bonner springs ks 66012 pizza hut store #034999 i order pizza @5:44 it said it would be ready in 25 minutes which is wasn’t so i had to come back after spending $40 on pizza with extra cheese my pizza was burnt including the cheese the pizza was dried out im highly disappointed i called the store twice to speak to a manager waited both times over 30 minutes never spoke with a manager so i called cooperate as well waited over 30 minutes both times when i call as well still waiting on hold to speak with somebody it is now 7:30 pm and still haven’t spoke when anybody so im trying to see how we could resolve this issue because i refuse to feed my kids burnt pizza that i spent $40 on so if somebody could get back to me as soon as possible i will appreciate that thank you Ashley Miller

I placed an order for 6 pizzas early in the day to be ready at 5:15pm. I arrived 10 minutes early, hoping the pizzas weren’t made early and sitting in the warmer. I was happy to see that they were still being prepared and came out fresh and ready for me precisely at 5:15. Tasted great and great service, even when they were clearly understaffed.

I am disabled and have a very active Australian Jack Russel who is my Medical Alert Service Dog. Pepper (the dog’s name) managed to slip through my front door onto the porch while the gate was opened, just as the Delivery Person and I were exchanging the pizza. He was very quick to react and just barely stopped my dog from escaping into an adventure running through the neighborhood. Being Saturday afternoon, it would have been nearly impossible to rustle up a posse to walk the neighborhood looking for it.

We were missing an order of wings from our delivery order from the bonner springs,ks location, so i called the store, i know they are short staff so it took them 20 min to pick up but when i told them i wasnt placing an order but was missing part of my order issue the guy put me back on hold and after another 20ish min, i just hung up since i didnt have time to stay on the phone for close to an hr. I added a pic to prove time on hold.

Ordered ahead since I know pizza places get slammed on game days. It showed my pizza was out for delivery at 715pm. We live less than 2 miles away. 730 comes, no pizza, 745, I tried to call the store, on hold for 5 minutes and then it disconnected.
