Great experience even though the store was out of what we wanted. The waitress suggested a few other things that were delicious (Philly cheese steak). As others have mentioned, bring your rope if you plan to ride your pwc. There were two of the float dock things, but you slide off easily. Nice location on the water with a view of the bridge from the restaurant.

Nice memories. We have visited this Pizza Hut on the lake for so many years when our kids were young. Haven’t been here in years. Visited this weekend. The Pizza Hut has a boat pull up parking. The walk up hill to the restaurant use to be a lot easier… the outdoor deck looked up dated. Nice view of the bridge from the patio. The inside looks the same. Menu has good variety. We ordered pizza. Service was good. Pizza good. Miss the salad bar. Thanks for the memory.

I had to call an archeological study group to find the remnants of a pizza. The first sign of trouble was they had no large crusts, appetizers, or taco pizza. We were hungry and gave them the benefit of the doubt. After waiting for 30 minutes (three times) we now understand why it took so long. They had to twice bake the pizza to make sure it lacked as much flavor as the manager had manners. What we paid a little over 120 bucks for the pizza we were left chugging down a gallon of water each to make sure that the exit was not as painful as the entrance of this horrid food.

Great pizza, Cinnabon mini rolls and melts. My order was hot, fresh and delicious! The happy and smiling employee brought plenty of napkins, paper plates, cheese and peppers out with my curbside delivery. Along with being very polite, respectful and friendly! Great customer service, food and experience! Unfortunately, I did not get the employee’s name who brought out my order.

On Sunday May 11, 2023 we went to pizza hut at Shell Knob, Missouri. It was a terrible experience, from the woman eating what looked to be French fries behind the counter to the waiter who never refilled drinks and didn’t bring anything without being asked, silver ware salt, pepper etc. They were out of dr.pepper and Pepsi and when the pizza was brought out he didn’t bring a spatula, because they were all dirty, he told us. There were only like 5 customers total when we got there, and 7 workers, 2 of whom were servers. A large table then came in and got top priority. This used to be the best Pizza Hut around, now it is at the top of my worst list and we will not be returning. For a meal that costs $30.00, the least they could do is bring you something to get it to your plate with.

This Pizza Hut is the cleanest one i have ever been too! The general Manager and Assistant Manager are super nice and caring and the waitstaff is amazing! The food tastes amazing like it always does!

If this location isn’t going to have enough help or the full menu available, they might want to be take out only. I don’t blame the servers for items not being available. They did the best they could. We both wanted a salad. We were told there were no tomatoes or cucumbers, so the salad would have lettuce, onion, croutons, and shredded cheese. There was no thousand island dressing so we had ranch. There was no beer. Next time we will try one of the other restaurants in town. I feel all of the problems are the fault on management and the owners.

Went here with a friend today and they charged him for two pizzas then refused service and made us leave the facility and threatened to call the police because of where he lived. Unprofessional and completely disrespectful
