The manager was on top of his game with his staff and customer service. I thought I heard them call him dave but looking at my Receipt it said Carlos. Anyways he had a tattoo of a soldier’s boot with a rifle and a helmet hanging on top of it this guy was very observing as he took my name he realized it was a Islamic name and he asked did I have any issues with pork I don’t eat pork and I didn’t think about it because I ordered a beef pizza but some of the things they use have pork residue on it he ordered his crew to change out everything to make my pizza and things like that it may be small but it’s truly appreciated.

Absolutely disappointed. I’ve been eating pizza hut here for a while (love the taste maker deal) but last night, they called to let me know they had no drivers. I missed the call, as I was in the kitchen, and called them back not even a minute later. The lady on the phone threw me attitude about how she tried to call me and I didn’t answer so she scrapped my ticket. After one minute. I get maybe that’s the policy, but her attitude confirmed that I will never go back here.

Ordered pizza and ran my card 3 times. An hour later, I called back only to find out that they had canceled my order. I said that it would have been nice to know an hour ago, and she said we don’t deliver that far, I said you told me you did earlier. Sorry, and she hung up on me! Frustrating

It was 7:30 at night and they’d already closed the dining room. There were boxes all over it. Ordering a special on one of the pizzas caused a long delay while they tried to figure it out. The pizza was expensive and I don’t think it was that great.

If I could give it no stars I absolutely would. Order 1 pizza spent $28 and had to call them after still not getting the pizza an hour later. Then it took another 20 minutes. The pizza was cold when I received it. I would NOT recommend this Pizza Hut.
