My expectations should not be too high anymore. I ordered two pizzas for carryout through their app because that’s the only place you can get a deal. When I went to pick it up, the young lady asked for my name, I told her, and she handed me the pizzas. She told me the total then told me to fill out the first two lines on the receipt. Of course one of the lines was for a tip. (A tip for what? ) I decided to check my order to see if it was correct. At that time she answered the phone. Of course my order was wrong but she was on the phone so long I just decided it wasn’t worth it at the time (plus my wife hates it when I say anything because she’s worried what will happen to our next order) Pizza joints use to open the box and verify with you that the order is correct. I’m frustrated not only because they got it wrong, but why don’t they have deals over the phone or face to face anymore? I only live about four minutes away and it took me longer to place the order on line then it would have if I drove in and ordered it at the counter. Also why is there a tip line when I drive in and pick it up. Call me old, call bitter or out of touch…I don’t care. The customer is no longer a priority.

A little on the expensive side for fast food pizza. That said, the pizza was pretty good and service was very fast. While the nearby chicken place had a long line, pizza hut had immediate service even at peak lunch hours. Good for a quick lunch when you don’t have time to go off-base.

It’s a huge task to deliver to the entire base but they always pull through. regardless of wait time we order pizza every sunday when we get the chance. A little expensive but always worth it. Always tastes great, lots of options and toppings. Had a Problem ordering pasta and not receiving a fork so i added in the instructions to add atleast 3 forks the next time i ordered and they gave me 7 Thanks pizza hut very cool. went from a 4 to 5 stars ⭐️

Awful! I just drove 8 hours to visit my family member here who is graduating. Called to order before 10pm. Online it shows that this location closes at 11pm. The female who answered the phone stated that she couldn’t even go over any specials over the phone. I am exhausted and everything else on the base is closed, so I decided to just order for myself and my family. She was rude and laughed at me for asking the prices of what I was ordering. Look, just like everyone else, I’m on a tight budget so ordering pizza, although tired, was a treat for us. Paid for my order and she stated that it would be 20-25 minutes. She then rudely said that they’re closing and told me to hurry. I was confused because it says that this location closes at 11pm not 9:55 pm. Did my order and after an hour of no food, I called and ended up speaking to corporate because it allegedly transfers over to them. They told me that my order was “avoided” because they changed their mind 8 minutes after I had placed my order. They also stated that I’d receive my money back in 3-5 business days. Corporate is supposed to speak to this location as well. They too looked them up and were also wondering why they said they were closing early. They never ever called me to let me know any of this either. Their lack of customer service, empathy and lack of communication is inexcusable and shouldn’t be tolerated. This location literally left my kids in tears. Never trust this place!

Pizza is delectable, fair priced, 2 working tvs of 3 and pretty clean, a nice ideal hangout where you could make some good memories with friends you hang with day to day. Service can be slow depending on how busy it is. Expand the room, add some more cash registers and some gaming devices and this place is golden. 4 out of 5. Because there are military personnel that attend this place on the daily. I posted sub par pictures for their protection.

The pizza was so much better compared to my local pizza hut in Cali. The wings were spot on and the service was very good. Got our meal in good timing, it was an overall good experience. I’d go again if I’m on base for my soldier.
