Who is in town for a funeral stead of the Days Inn which I have two stars Pizza Hut was amazing. Call at 9 o’clock on a Tuesday. Ordered five pizzas. They were here in 30 minutes. They were all in perfect shape. Like I eat them in the restaurant. they were all hot the driver was extremely friendly, fast hot friendly food.

The most unprofessional restaurant in Cuba. First time I called the girl couldn’t figure out how to enter my debit info into the computer ,second time I called three times months later and the workers keep hanging up on me. Then the third time I try to order a pizza they delivered to the wrong address then when they did bring me the order it was cold and nasty.

This review is based on my working experience. Mike my boss was amazing. He was very patient and understanding with me. My coworkers was friendly and helpful. Whenever I got frustrated instead of sending me on my way they let me take a moment to refreshen up. Then they help me through. I would still be working there, however I needed more hours. I just want the owners to know that Mike the GM at Cuba deserve recognition. The works whom quit do so because the hours aren’t available. They have a great manger whom is trying his hardest, but giving the employees the much needed pay and hours is out of his control. If you want to improve on insurance of plenty workers whom stick with Pizza Hut as their main job or eventually carrer you must try harder on giving them more hours, and a better rate of pay! It’s not a manger issue at the Cuba store in MO. It’s a issue because cooperate is poor! Thanks for helping me through, Mike! Your a great boss!

I didnt even want to give 1 star. Horrible service!! Ordered 1 pizza said it would be delivered 23 to 33 mins. 45 mins later I called them, was put on hold for 10 mins. I hung up and pressed 1 for order. I told the girl I had been on hold for 10 mins and wanted to know where my pizza was. She just cut me off and put me back on hold. I guess a manager got on the phone and said that it was put for delivery. 8 mins later I get a text saying it was put for delivery. I’m still waiting on my pizza. I wouldn’t be mad if someone could have at least apologized and said they were short staffed etc…. all I got was attitude from them. It’s sad that no one has good customer service skills amymore.

great! I had a 50% off coupon for any pizza purchased online. So we picked pepperoni and black olives and green peppers on a crispy crust! Best pizza I have enjoyed in a while. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because they forgot my marinara sauce that I ordered on the side and pay for.
