Placed an order at 9:30pm, delivery expected 10:05pm. Waited over an hour with no updates. Tried to call the store, found out they closed at 10:00pm and just didn’t bother to make, deliver, cancel or notify us in any way that we are not getting our food. I have tried calling the store 4 times this morning to get a refund and no one answers. Going to have to initiate a charge back through my bank to get my money back for food we never received. Will never order from here again.

Our order of one New Yorker, four large pizzas and four orders of cheese sticks was done in less than 20 minutes as promised. The women that helped me were courteous. I did sit there a few minutes and was calling the restaurant to get their attention because no one came to the pick up window. While the phone was ringing, someone came to the window and apologized. She said their buzzer had stopped working. The pizza given to me was hot and made perfectly. Our order was enjoyed by all, and made us remember why we loved Pizza Hut so much as kids.

We ordered super supreme thin crust. It was delicious! The place needs some cleaning. I used to work at fastfood and I can tell that their soda fountain needs to be deep cleaned. Soda tasted bad. Their restroom was a mess. Food was good but you’ll doubt how clean it is.

Ordered a big box yesterday and got up there right on time according to the confirmation and estimated time. Unfortunately my pizza was still in the oven but and I had to wait almost 15 extra minutes but I wasn’t bothered because my pizza was satisfying and filled baked. They were short staffed and they were still putting out great quality. Great quality definitely trumps the wait. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Do not order from this pizza hut. You will either wait in the restaurant for an hour or you will wait at your home for an hour after they promise to deliver. If you are into eating cold pizza an hour after you were expecting to get it, then this is your pizza hut. And good luck getting anyone to answer any questions about the order you’ve already paid for.

Five minutes for someone to come to the register, even though one of them was just talking on the phone. Another five minutes for him to figure out the buttons that work on the register. Two minutes after that for them to find a pen to sign my receipt. When I got home, not only was the pizza cold by then it was absolutely destroyed by too many spices more than there should’ve been on there. It wasn’t even cut all the way I had to use my own pizza cutter at home in order to split the pizzas apart.

Ordered pizza at 4:11pm, at 4:55 pm I called the store to figure out the status of the order and was informed that they were waiting on door dash, the lady apologized for the delay and hung up. 15 minutes later I called back, spoke to a manager and told her what happened; also told her I wanted to cancelled; she asked for the name or number on the order, cancelled it and hung up. Not very good service here!

My son had a reward from school for a free pizza, took him in and decided to get myself a pizza as well. I was very adamant that I wanted very light jalapenos, like one or two per slice, I even explained that I enjoy them but my body doesn’t quite like them much any more. Well as you can see from the picture there is way more then what I asked for and this is only off of three pieces. The Jalapeno smell is so strong you can’t really smell the pizza itself. I couldn’t even finish two pieces, gotta love paying $10 for a pizza you can’t even eat. Oh and for what ever reason there’s pieces of random sausage on both of our pizzas. I had pepperoni and my son had Canadian bacon and paid extra .75 for them to add four small pieces of cubed tomatoes
