If I could give zero, I would. We ordered 2 pizzas and a cheesy breadstick. 1 pizza and the breadsticks were correct. The other pizza, which was a vegetarian pizza, due to meat allergies, had pepperoni on it. Guess they mistook pepperoni for tomatoes and ate the mushrooms to accentuate their high? Attempted calling the store, hung up on 3x, called the order line and got a lady who attempted to call the store multiple times…they wouldn’t answer. My husband decided just to go back to the store and have them make it right after spending $40 on a weeknight meal and get me a new pizza that I could eat. ALL of the employees were stoned out of their minds, hence my earlier comment. The plus side was they made the entire order over for free, we didn’t even ask for that, but we won’t be going back. Imos and Shakespeare’s will be our go to from now on. Lesson learned. Steer clear of this Pizza Hut, save yourself the hassle and order from any other pizza joint.

We sat in the dining room for almost 2 hours waiting on buffalo wings and a big new Yorker pizza. When it finally arrived the buffalo wings were more like buffalo chicken soup and the chicken it’s self was really hard. I think overcooked. When I picked up a slice of pizza grease literally ran down my forearm. I now understand why no one eats at pizza hut anymore.

The pizza we got was good. We enjoyed our food and the ladies working the evening of July 18th were very nice. That’s where the good ended though. All the tables in the restaurant were dirty as well as the floor. There were no other customers, just the 2 of us. The women’s restroom was beyond filthy, too. Over-all everything was OK and we’ll try it again only because the food and service. The rest we’ll chalk up to a bad day and hope for better next time.

This place is so amazing I’m always greeted with a smile and if for some reason my pizza is late they always offer me something like a soda or something. So friendly and nice atmosphere just love going here especially Clark ln location.

No waitresses for dining room. Have to place order at drive thru area. One pizza and wings took 45 minutes with only one other table occupied in dining room. Had to go ask for own refills. Was out of two sodas, tea and stuffed crust pizza. Had to use plastic utensils. Horrible experience.

Order pasta, cheese sticks, cinna sticks and soda, order was missing cheese sticks, delivery driver was ignorant and argumentative saying I didn’t order cheese sticks when I showed him the receipt showing I did. I called the store a manager in training offered no solution for the driver and told me they would send me the cheese sticks and that it would take about 15 minutes. It took almost an hour to get my cheese sticks. Customer service is extremely lacking in this store and I wouldn’t expect a great experience if you decide to order from them.

NEEDS ZERO STAR. I fail to understand how you can forget pizza sauce on a pizza, other than the crust it’s the second most important topping. Don’t even bother wasting your time calling Pizza Hut you won’t get anywhere with them.

I ordered 3 things and it was already 40 dollars first off. Secondly, my pizza came burnt and cold. Third, my wings were hard and weren’t fulfilled when it comes to flavor. Their drink machine was only Pepsi products and was out of the drink I wanted so a worker offered me a CAN of soda. And the serving was disappointing because we had to order at the front instead of them coming to our table. And it looks pretty messy towards the back of the store. There were just random chairs everywhere, a flipped table, and a ripped booth seat. Personally, I don’t think anyone should eat in here, the only good thing about this place was that the workers were nice

J’s Cleaning Solution
Took staff here for lunch during a project. Things have definitely changed when it comes to having enough staff on hand. The same person who would usually seat you, was the same person who took the order, prepared it cooked it and brought it out. With so much going on, the few questions we asked about food choices and options, she had to go to the back to ask for the information. And our order still wasn’t accurate.
