Loved it! Best pizza hut on the planet…thats all b.s. lies. That company will stab its employees in the back. Getting rid of entire teams over lies and management giving groups, churches, schools and organizations unauthorized discounts, even though the store was still making money. Had pepperoni lover’s last night was wonderful and on time. I’m still waiting for corporate claims department to settle with me on my broken tooth from a piece of bone in the sausage. This happened in November 2022.I will need a crown!

Ordered a few pizzas and a bottle of sprite online to be delivered. App said pizzas would be delivered by 10:13pm. Come 10:55pm I called the store to find out what was up. Guy says they don’t have a driver for the evening so I could come and pick up the cold pizzas but they close at 11pm so I’d have to knock on the door and he would not charge us for the pizzas because of the mishap. I get there and not only did he charge me full price but I only got half the pizzas and no soda. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM PIZZA HIT EVER AGAIN!

It’s pizza hut the only reason it’s getting 4 and not 5 stars is I can’t order delivery my address is supposedly outside the delivery range when I live exactly 5 miles away I’d even tip the driver extra for delivering to my house when I’m having game night with the boys we are generous tippers unfortunately we can’t order delivery which is very disappointing.

When you ask for light on the sauce. didn’t expect to lift meat n cheese up to scrape off sauce. And when you pay for extra mushrooms hope to see more than what I did. More than half didn’t even have 4 slices or pieces of mushrooms.

Love the meaty marinara pasta and the service was friendly. I placed an online order for my friend and myself but, as I got to the store, the order was expanded. Management was very helpful in placing my second order and I wasn’t waiting long at all for two more pizzas. The 5th star is gone because I did kill a cockroach while waiting. Other than that, it’s a clean environment.

they told me one of my pizzas was discontinued even tho its still on the menu they took all my online discounts away, was rude as can be no customer service skills. the pizza I replaced with was a single topping pizza and it cost more than my specialty pizza

just got back from out of town and i have to say that it was a very good pizza hut experience. my family just wanted something quick and called them up to get some pizza. its no New York pizza but its good for what it is, it was hot it was not over cooked and the staff was fine to deal with. they answered all my crazy questions with no problem.
