It was my first time going to this pizza hut and its definitely not what it use to be when it come to the pizza hut experience. Food was great and the place itself was nice and clean. Service wasn’t horrible but it was a bit uncomfortable to have them just stare and wait for you figure out where you want to sit and what you want to order.

Pizza is normal pizza hut pizza, but the employees running the register need customer service training badly. This was the 2nd time in a row that I’ve not been greeted with words at all, just a head tilted side ways with eyes bugging out of their skulls in frustration that I haven’t initiated the conversation. Good customer service is at least saying “hi welcome to pizza hut, how may I help you.” The interior has also begun to enter a state of disrepair.

They need to rebuild. That is there major issue. That one has been there since I was a kid. Over 50 years. Seriously need an update!!! Building in terrible condition. People r friendly. Food is awesome. But no longer looks clean and kept up. The back room for dining is now used for storage. Curtain up, behind it. A huge mess!!!!

We waited patiently for 15 minutes for our order to be done and at least 20 minutes later someone finally came up to us and asked us if we ever received our order. We stated no still waiting obviously. So they apologized and said they will remake our food and it will be another 15-20 minutes. I was not too happy about that as well as my brother but on the plus side they did offer us two orders of wings free for future purchase on a coupon which helped cushion the experience but still would not recommend..

I ordered one of our pizzas with extra sauce but it barely had any on it. It also was lacking cheese even though they were both specialty pizzas and usually have more cheese. They were just ok and kind of dry. I did not call to complain but hope they are better next time we order. We stopped ordering for quite some time because the quality was lacking and we were always getting them made wrong
