Let’s start by a 35 min delivery turned into over an hour. The crust was burnt, 2 out of the 4 had no sauce at all. Had to cut my own pizza due to the fact they couldn’t even do that much right. Worst pizza hut experience the quality of food they send out is poor. Don’t waste your money especially at this location. Horrible service

We ordered a big dinner box 2 and a half hours in advance for a delivery at 430pm. Tip and all was $60. The pizza arrived at 545pm and was cold. I called three different times with no answer, left two messages and never got called back. Never using this Pizza Hut again.

Drips with grease!…NO BUFFALO SAUCE for a buffalo chicken melt?!?! Called and explained their grease filled melt went thru the box and they said “ok is there anything I can help you with?” Tried to claim the grease was the buffalo sauce. . Placed me on hold and never came back. Very unprofessional night staff!

I really want to take a second to thank the management of the establishment! Due to the poor luck on my side, Friday afternoon my fiance and I fell on hard times when our CV axle broke on our van. Not being able to seek immediate assistance from a tow service, management allowed us to park the van in a corner spot, out of everybody’s way, even allowing up to a week for us to be able to obtain the money for the tow! So my Family and I want to say thanks to the management staff of Pizza Hut for showing compassion and providing us the piece of mind, knowing that our van would be safe until we was able to get it home!

I don’t usually eat pizza, but my husband and I were craving a stuffed crust. We placed a mobile order so we wouldn’t have to wait at the restaurant, but ended up waiting 20 minutes past our pickup time because the manager and employees were too busy talking and goofing off in the back room. They completely ignored my husband when he came in to pick up our order. There was even an off the clock employee out of uniform who kept running back and forth from his personal vehicle (with his girlfriend in the passenger seat) and the restaurant’s side doors. When my husband finally received our pizza, it was incorrect. It was a pan pizza instead of a stuffed crust, so my husband went back in and asked for a refund, which they had no issues doing. We will not be returning to this location.

We never received our order. They kept saying we weren’t answering the door yet we were right by the door and our doorbell never rang and no one ever knocked. Our ring doorbell didn’t show anyone coming up to the door. Clearly the driver was driving to the wrong address or was lying. Manager was extremely rude saying they weren’t sending someone out “a third time” yet no one ever came at all. Reported incident to corporate.

Two times in a row now we have received an order delivery that is incorrect. The first time the issue was resolved by the driver, the second time time wasn’t discovered until after it was taken inside. Tried calling and couldn’t speak to anyone right away the only option was to leave a message. Who knows how long it will be before the call is returned.

Order was really simple. A Big New Yorker w/ hamburger & extra cheese. Not only was there no extra cheese, it didnt even look fresh. Like they made it & it had been sitting there. The customer service is trash as well.
