This is my favorite Pizza Hut franchise store. The one off Wornall and 101st street is far better than any of Pizza Hut I’ve been to. General manager Alex is phenomenal he really truly cares about his customers. I know this is the case because I deliver for doordash in Johnson County and Wyandotte County and actually the Kansas City area and so I’ve gone to many a Pizza Hut. This is by far the cleanest the most responsible and the most customer-oriented Pizza Hut in the greater Kansas City area and surrounding cities. If you’re able to, definitely go to this store it is worth it if you want your pizza done right.

If I could give 5 for the gentleman at the counter I would. As far as actually receiving my food. I suggest Pizza Hut stop using door dash. Time said 10:35 I called the store at 11 said shirt on drivers no problem go up there to be told the door dash driver just left I live 7 minutes from this store.. it’s 12:46 and still no food. Terrible terrible

I couldn’t figure out how to give a review on my rewards. So I came here. This is the best customer service I’ve ever had from not just a pizza place but any restaurant I’ve ordered from. So to start off I had ordered from a nearby store(not this one) and they genuinely took 2 hours to deliver my food. And then left it on the sidewalk outside my front door and didn’t knock. By the time I started wondering why they hadnt delivered the pizza yet and looked outfront and found it sitting there, it was covered in ants.. as it was over 100 degrees today. So its probably safe to say that it was unedible. I called them over 10 times and tried every number I could, including a managers personal number I was given and not a single person answered the phone. So for the OTHER store that happens to be in this same area.. you know who you are. And you get 0/5 stars. I then had no other option but to call another store. I explained what had happened to this stores general manager and that I couldn’t get ahold of them. He then made my order personally and brought it to my house himself. AND ITS NOT EVEN IN THEIR DELIVERY AREA. You deserve so much more than 5 stars! They even gave me free cheese sticks I didn’t even ask for as an apology on ANOTHER stores behalf. It’s not every day someone actually goes above and beyond, he personally saved mine and my kids dinner.

Alex needs a vacation and a raise!!! Whomever decided to doordash all deliveries to which I had a kid’s birthday party at 8-10 ordered pizzas at 7:05, did not receive my pizza until 11pm when I had to go to the restaurant and Alex had my food made fresh!

We loved our Pizza from my neighborhood, Pizza Hut on 103rd & Wornall. We actually ordered two pizzas, a large Pepperoni & a medium Meat Supreme, we picked up our pizzas and they were ready on time.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas and wings for carrying out. Everything was really good but be prepared to pay too much for it. Ran over 40 dollars for Everything which seems inordinately expensive for pizza.

My delivery took over an hour and half to arrive when the original estimated time was 45 minutes. When my pizza arrived it was burnt & all the cheese was brown on top. After an hour of waiting I called the store for an update & they told me the pizza was still in their warmer. When I had received an notification 30 minutes prior that it was out for delivery. After calling the store my pizza took another 30 minutes to be delivered.

Driver never made it but manager made swift correction once they were notified and sent a replacement out ASAP. It was a mistake, ppl make them. Not the end of the world and it was corrected. Pizza was great and tasty!
