I’ve never had a bad experience with this particular Pizza Hut, but I was sorely disappointed today. After spending almost $30 to have a large pizza delivered it was not up to par. My usual includes extra cheese, but this time the cheese was actually sparse. Also, the crust was a little doughy. Not quite done. But most surprising was when I called to let them know about it, they didn’t offer any kind of compensation. I thought maybe they’d send a new one out. Or, at least, offer a future discount or something.

If I could I would give it ZERO stars. At 7:45pm 4/15/23 I ordered a simple cheese pizza and soda for my grandson for delivery. Confirmation email said would be delivered by 8:45pm, which in my opinion is still too long, since the store is only 4.4 miles from delivery location. Called store at 8:52pm to inquire about my order…no one answered. Called back at 8:54pm, spoke to night manager Jeff. He would not answer my questions, claimed I was yelling at him and hung up on me. Called back at 8:55pm and he hung up on me again. Called back at 8:59pm, he told me it was given to Door Dash to deliver, since he claimed it would take 2.5 hours to deliver if using his delivery. Jeff said Door Dash driver either stole the order or delivered to wrong location, and he was remaking the pizza. I asked for refund, but am not confident if the bill will be refunded. Have contacted credit card company, they show the charge as pending. Will dispute any charges coming through on account.

Pizza was good, but do NOT expect to be treated with respect at this location. I interacted with 3 employees during my 5 minute trip to this location, and each of them was rude. Do not waste your time. There’s a Minskys literally 200 feet away, pricier but much better quality pizza and better customer service. I normally like Pizza Hut but this was a devastating experience.

Tonight is the 3RD TIME I’ve requested Contactless delivery and for the driver to text instead of knock or ringing the doorbell, and for the 3rd time they completed ignored that request. I have a baby in the house and a very crazy dog that both would appreciate if this simple instruction could be followed, but alas, that seems too much to ask…smdh

Pizza came after 2 hrs, cold and old. I live 4 miles away and it tasted like my pizza was made yesterday. I would’ve been satisfied if my order would have at least arrived fresh and ready to eat but it was not. I literally had to on my oven and reheat the pizza. By far one of the worse experiences I’ve had.

Since when did pizza hut start charging for a ranch sauce with an order of wings. I ordered $50 worth of wings and I have to buy all the dipping sauces on top of that. I guess I will be going somewhere else for wings from now on.

Delivery is horrible. Ordered twice. Always early. Be fine except I’m at work. So they always end up taking it back. And mark it as delivered. Obviously this creates issues, and I miss a meal.

Wrong crust – asked for it to be cut into 12 (instead of 8) pieces and although it technically was, all were different sizes with the largest one 4x the size of the smallest! (No exaggeration). Sloppy preparation.
