Over all the food was good, ordered a dinner box with pepperoni and bacon, I already know each slice only gets two pepperoni, but it’s like they put the last amount of bacon possible on the pizza, I had to really look for it.

This is the only Pizza Hut on the planet that will tell you that their ovens are down when you call in an order, then when you go to actual restaurant all of the sudden they magically work!? Another instance of terrible management would be how the store will be out of pizza and wings???!? How are you out of items 3 hours before you clos.

Honestly I only order from this one because I live down the street. The food is fine but the staff is rude and very slow. They were more interested in smoke breaks than doing their job it seemed. I asked if someone could let me know when my food was ready because I can’t stand 8 minutes due to chronic pain and finding someone to talk to was difficult and then they treated me like I was asking something unreasonable. Can’t order delivery from this location though because 3 out of 4 times the food never shows up and they want to refuse to refund you.

I ordered online and did in store pickup. I arrived a little early and the staff was friendly and informed me it was still in the oven. I watched the staff be friendly and efficient with other customers. Our food was perfect and hot. I’ve ordered from here through delivery and I think a link is that they use DoorDash and it always isn’t a good outcome with food. pick up is always hot and quick!

We ordered around 2:30 in the afternoon with a 3:10 p.m. delivery time. We called a dozen times to the restaurant between 330 and 530 and never got anyone to answer so we finally ordered from Papa Johns. At 615, finally someone showed up and tried to deliver the pizza.
