Worst meat lovers pizza EVER. BUT THERE WAS GITCH IN THE ONLINE ORDERING SERVICE, BUT STILL 4-5 small pieces of meat want copeiseticly for any pizza when food cost is less than $1@ pizza for even large.THEN THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US OR EVEN SELL US POWDERED CHEESE. The store Manager remade the Pizza for Free, and Her Meat Lover’s Pizza was the very BEST PIZZA EVER. WE WILL BE GLAD TO REORDER. AND MANAGER GAVE US A HANDFUL OF CHEESE TO PLACE ON PIZZA.

While I was in there speaking to Joe Shockley the manager on the phone due to my own issue,(the cashier said she doesn’t like online orders because they are too hard so she literally did nothing they never started on my food) an elderly women came in and said these coupons had been mailed to her and she wanted to use them, the cashier said “yeah they say Pizza Hut but we don’t honor them” the lady tried to explain that this is the only pizza hut in the area that the coupons were mailed to and the cashier said “you see these little words here it says at participating locations and we aren’t one”. The cashier needs much more training. Joe really let this place go downhill quick.

This place is so awful. Even when you put on the special instructions to please cook the pizza well done, longer than normal you still get a pizza without the cheese being melted in the middle. Ordered a supreme and not only is it not cooked all the way pretty the only thing on it is cheese. We just tossed it all in the trash. So gross. $48 wasted. Worse than Domino’s and I didn’t think that was possible.

I ordered over 30 minutes before arriving to the store it said my order was suppose to be done in 20 minutes from when I ordered it so I was even 10 minutes late and when I arrived and paid they said that my order was still in the oven a bit odd when I ordered it over 30 minutes ok but sure whatever they seemed busy so that’s understandable, we waited over 30 minutes in that lobby people came and left with their orders there was always someone at the front counter they knew we were there waiting for our order so I asked them to check on it the lady brings up someone else’s order entirely and I was like not ours…. So she brings up our food which is literal now stone cold because its been sitting back there so long. It was disgusting and ridiculous we waited so long while our pizza just sat on the counter back there getting cold. Very upset and don’t think we will be back…

If you order online ask the people upfront to actually go check on your order. When i walk in the lady said they will bring it out when its ready so i waited. I waited over 15 maybe more minutes before i finally asked them to go check because it should have been done before I got there. Sure enough my order had been sitting there getting cold waiting to be picked up.

When paying $12 for 6 wings, I would expect all 6 to actually be in the container. The container also melted and formed a hole, which leaked sauce everywhere, making a large mess. The pizza was not cut through, so when attempting to take a slice, I ended up ripping a large chunk out of the whole pizza. Overall, not the best experience, but I may give them another chance. They’ve only been open a week, after all.
