Usually I’m not one for Pizza Hut, I always preferred dominos, and I’ve had dominos in pretty much every state out there and here in Kennett it’s the worst! But Pizza Hut has my business, they’re delivery time! Quality of food, ordered delivery the day it opened and the delivery man kept apologizing that it took too long to deliver, but my food was still hot and still took half the time dominos would take to deliver! Keep it up Pizza Hut!!

I came in at the beginning of the lunch rush. They seemed to be short staffed and the buffet was pretty bare, but they called in more help and resolved the situation in good time. All the hot food was fresh and the salad bar was well stocked. My server was doing a good job despite how busy the place was. I would probably come again if I’m in the area.

This Pizza Hut used to be good, but has went completely down the drain. Orders that they say take less than 30 minutes turn into almost 2 hours, when the food finally arrives it’s cold, and even when you call they don’t answer and get forwarded to a “corporate” office where all they say is they will refund your money and they don’t even do that. When you try and talk to them on the phone, they just hang up on you. Extremely rude and pointless place to call and try to get anything.

The last several times I have ordered from pizza hut the food has been horrible!!! Most recently the pizza was under cooked and still doughy , before that it took an hour and 45 minutes to get it delivered and was cold. The time before that I tried the wings I ordered 24 there was 18 in the bowl and the time before that they lost my order completely . I MISS DOMINOES!!!

This was one of the dirtiest Pizza Hut’s I have ever visited. A bit outdated dark and dingy as well. The table was held up with pieces of wood. The pizza was barely mediocre. Service was nice and helpful but the bathrooms were beyond disgusting! There was literally feces smeared on the wall. I would not come back to this restaurant.
