Tonight March 24th 2023. I ordered the new York style and a meatlovers melt. I only received the new you style pizza . I called back and the older white male was very rude and acted as if I was lying about not receiving my full order. Then telling me to call back tomorrow. Very rude. Not a nice person at all to be working with the public or around people’s food. I will be calling the manager in the morning and will NEVER shop with this pizza hut again, EVER!

I wish i could give 0 stars. I place a $100 order which took near 2 hours to arrive. The delivery driver handed me the food and took off vefore i could check it. Out of the 9 items order, 5 were missing. I then spent 30 mins trying to call the store but i guess they stop answering the phone a half hojr before closing so they can ignor complaints.

The manager is a pretty nice person, and the staff will check on you to see if you need anything. Wanna dine in? Plenty of seating even for families. Can’t decide what to order? Then don’t, just grab the buffet!

I was very pleasantly surprised. The pizza was great, the wings were great and the young lady at the window was so nice that it makes you want to go back as you are treated as a valued customer. I hope they take care of her and not loose a valuable asset like that.

I was so rude one day I had ordered some pizzas for the children at school I put in my order day before so I could pick them up on time this young man was so polite to me no matter how rude I was being to him my pizzas wasn’t ready because no one had put the order up for him to see he had to make a phone call to find out about the order that was forgot he made the pizzas for me and then wasn’t going to charge me cause I still had to wait I no the young man paid for them pizzas I told him I would he said no ma’am I got it I’m so sorry it wasn t ready for you and you had to wait the young man’s name was David I want to tell him I am sorry for my behavior toward him .and thank you .
