I’ve had a pleasant experience every time I’ve been to this Pizza Hut. I live closer to a different location but will go out of my way to come to the Farmington one for a more consistent service and guaranteed good experience every time. I especially appreciated Callie, who helped me find the best deal for what I wanted to order. She didn’t have to go above and beyond like that, but it was definitely appreciated. Everything was hot, delicious, and the customer service was top tier.

I ordered a pepperoni and it was made wrong, I went back inside with the pizza and explained the situation. The guy who brought the pizza out to my car told me it was my fault and went on to say he would remake it, then proceeded to walk away and not come back, I waited until another worker was done serving someone else and I explained to her my situation and she made the pizza and apologized, never have I had my food made wrong and told it was my fault.

This location was only good due to the manager. The manager on duty Saturday night, Ed, was absolutely amazing, but the worker Callie was rude as hell. Very confrontational, and didn’t seem to care about me as a customer. I am thankful Ed was there or else I would’ve just left. Something needs to be done about Callie. I wasn’t the only one she was rude to, I witnessed her being disrespectful to Ed as well as a few other customers. I definitely won’t be back due to her, but again thank you Ed for being so kind and caring. That man deserves a raise, and that worker Callie should have to find a new job.

We bought two pizzas. One was with a thin crust. I would not recommend the thin crust because it was tough. The toppings were ok, but not great. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eating here.

Downloaded the app and enjoyed it at 3 Pizza Huts. Order at Farmington location on app and got a pizza, it was $13.99. Showed up my bill was $21.76. Told guy that wasn’t right. Showed him the app price. He said he would ask manager. Came back said sorry, we can’t honor that price. I talked to manager myself. Basically, it’s too bad they weren’t going to honor app. I said then take the prices off and correct them. “We can’t that’s corporate.” Customer service is dead. Advertising wrong price and won’t stand behind it. They lost me forever just to make a few more bucks.

Hardly anyone there and the salad bar was gross. Not stocked. Salad was brown and slimy. No onions no salad no bacon bits and the tomatoes looked bad. Oh and i just used the bathroom,, yuck. I literally cleaned the toilet. It had poo all over it. And the sink and floor was disgusting. 10/21/19. 6:30 pm.. I’m leaving now

Want to share with public and his management that Tyler provided me with outstanding service at lunchtime today. He was very professional and kind. I don’t understand why this restaurant does not appear to draw a lunch crowd. Place is clean and pleasant and the food and service are great. Kudos to Tyler. Excellent service.
