The only problem I had with both orders was hardly any sauce on the pizza and wings. It was also put together poorly. I didn’t pick up the food so I can’t comment on the service or appearance of the restaurant. A plus was when I ordered the first time, I was refunded $25 for my experience leading to the second order, which was still disappointing.

If I could give this place negative stars . I would. As a consumer, horrible. The management isn’t very friendly. The main manager is extremely disrespectful. Pizza is always good tho. But it’s an oven and all pre made ingredients. So I mean, a caveman could do it. The lobby, DO NOT get me started. Roaches were seen by the drink machine 0 out of 0.

Wow! Way to turn Everything around! The server Mavin was AWESOME!!! She was informative, attentive and polite to say the least. She want out of her way to make us comfortable. When I informed her of mushroom allergy, she made sure the pizza was made in a mushroom free environment and was cut with a new clean pizza cutter. Way to look out for customers. When we sat down she made sure we had everything we need and our drinks never let our drinks empty! The store was spotless when we got in and we know why! I watched Mavin sanitizing everything that was touched constantly. Our food was amazing, hot and delicious! The wings were amazing. They brought back the sweet chili wings! I definitely recommend eating in this location!

We had dinner here it was so loud we waited awhile for menus and silverware I got annoyed and got up and got them myself service wasn’t good at all I had to get our refills one of the workers said something to me I said well our waitress isn’t getting our drinks someone has to the restaurant needed a deep cleaning the women’s bathroom was gross and the toilet was broke and wouldn’t flush a gm needs to step in and clean this store up the pizza was ok didn’t taste right the waitress offered a deal when our bill came it was not the offer she gave us so another lady tried to argue then our waitress said no I told them about this deal so it got changed to what she told us. If you decide to go here I’d suggest carry out or delivery

The pizza is more consistent than other national chains and the new melts a great for a swing shift worker. I get basically half a pizza for the same price as 1 burger with the chain stores.

I’m not health expert, but I’m pretty sure you’re not supposed to bring food from outside the location use the utensils and brush your burrito with butter so you can cook your food. Meanwhile, I’m waiting for my pizzas. 20 minutes. The store would run a whole lot more efficiently to there was a manager in charge.
