I ordered delivery at 2:57 pm and it was supposed to be delivered at 3:52. I called the store and was directed to a call center in Mexico that jerked me around for 30 minutes. I got told everything from the store doesn’t open til 5 to my order will be delivered in 55 minutes. I asked to speak to a supervisor over and over again to no avail. They even told me the store would be calling me and that never happened. Since I couldn’t get ahold of someone who actually worked at the location, I drove up there to see what was going on with my order. They said they didn’t receive it and didn’t have my phone number to call me to give me any sort of updates. I told them I wanted a refund, and now have to wait 3-5 business days for my money back. I spent 70 dollars including tip. They did absolutely the bare minimum to make it right. Corporate doesn’t care and neither does this franchise. I’ve always been a fan of Pizza Hut and am sad to say I will not patronize any Pizza Hut location eve again.

Ordered 5 pizzas for a birthday party. They were done on time and hot out of the oven. The counter help was very attentive and polite. Each pizza was a different topping and all were right on. Taste was great. Will return.

They’re my go to each time when I’m in the mood for pizza. Always fast, friendly and never been a problem with delivery. Pizza always tastes great. That and my 2 cats always sit and wait at the front door to greet Pizza guy.

When ordering from my home I always use this particular Pizza Hut. The delivery is always fast and the pizza is always fresh and hot. Which is the way Pizza should be served. I use them repeatedly every time I want a pizza which is quite often. I’m always extremely satisfied with the temperature and taste of my pizza. The order is always correct exactly like I wanted it. I completely recommend this Pizza Hut. As far as I’m concerned. They are the best. For almost 5 years I have been ordering from this location and this is an update to let you know that I’m still extremely satisfied.

This location is so hit or miss. Sometimes my pizza is perfect and I’m happy. But other times it’s downright terrible and unacceptable. If you don’t order extra cheese you basically WONT get any cheese at all. This has happened on more than one occasion and it’s upsetting. See my picture from my last order. Where’s the cheese????

30 min late, pizza was barely warm. No map anymore on web to view driver. Of course, the driver skipped me to deliver to another order first. At the very least, ETA time should be updated when this happens. Other delivery sites do this. Driver at worker were friendly but won’t be ordering delivery again.

Ordered for the first time from this Pizza Hut in O’Fallon MO, as we are new to the area. We requested a deliver for around 1-1/2 – 2 hours from the time I placed the order. Our order was delivered at the time requested. Delivery driver was very respectful. Our food was exactly as we ordered and it was hot when it arrived. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut. *****
