Ordered curbside pick up. Had to call after waiting 15 min after our pickup time to ask someone to bring it out (couldn’t go in). The wrong order was brought out. They brought it back in and never brought out our correct order. Had to call again.

Not going to lie, I was extremely skeptical ordering from here bc of the reviews but it exceeded my expectations! Everything was warm and fresh. The pizza was not overcooked, wings were great and Cinnabons were top tier. It did take a while to be cooked and on the way but I can’t blame them. I’m sure they were busy since it’s graduation day for a lot of people.

I’m sorry to say that this was one of the worse Pizzas that I’ve ever tasted. It was was cold and dry tasting. I felt like I was eating the cardboard that it came in. For $26.00, they were also really skimpy with the toppings. I haven’t ordered from Pizza Hut for the past 3 years and now I remember why. Back to the grocery stores to buy my pizzas.

If I could leave no stars I would. Manager on duty on June 25th was so rude. I was trying to explain my problem with my food order he talked over me when I asked for a different Manager or could I have corporate number the punk hung up. I will never visit that location again.

I love pizza hut pizza and wings. I had a pepperoni crispy thin crust and a Italian sausage pan pizza. Both were really good. I love the thick crust pizzas. And I’ve always loved their wings. These were a nice Size crispy really good. Cooked just right done. I always get bone in plain and use to theyvwere still a bit spicy which was great and they had a juicy broth around them. These didn’t. But they were still really good. Pizza hut is has been and always will be my favorite place for pizza and wings.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I ordered 4 pizzas last night and a cookie. Pretty basic order for me and a group of friends. Well apparently they screw up a pizza and remake only 1, resulting in the other 3 being dried out and cold! But that’s not the worst of it, as I’m eating a slice I find a fricking hair about 8 inches long! I immediately call the store and after talking with them they said bring in the pizza with the hair so they can have it for training purposes and quality and they’ll refund the price of 1 of the pizzas. I go in today as agreed with the employee I spoke to last night and today they’re refusing to honor what they told me last night! Totally disgusting, they screw up your order, cold pizza, and dishonest employees who don’t care about the customer at all! Avoid at all costs!

I’ve been ordering from this store for the last two years, but my last 3 orders have been terrible. Ok now make that last 4 orders. The West Clay location is like that bad relationship you keep coming back to hoping things will change lol. My breadsticks were hard as a rock and clearly overcooked but whoever is in the kitchen put them in the box and sent them out regardless…..please do us all a favor and quit.

Didn’t know that all Pizza hut was a call center. Ordered a triple box and told 15 minutes.once I got there no one was there working. The manager came in was not pleasant at all and told me they canceled my order. Told the manager that no one let me know understand short staff but I only get a half hour lunch
