We’ve been ordering regularly, if not weekly, for at the last year. Lately the quality is going down. The last 3 times I’ve ordered for delivery they have forgotten items I’ve ordered 1) 2 weeks ago they forgot the extra marinara cups 2) last week they forgot the 2 liter, 3) and they forgot our cheese breadsticks tonight.

Usually the pizza is great, changed the cheese on the stuffed crust, and wrapped the dough so it had a pretty crust. Terrible, graining a really bad texture, I eat a lot of good cheeses, this was bad had to throw out the pizza. Not the local Huts fault if the company changed products.

The staff is NEVER friendly and usually ignores the fact you are up front. The employees take all the parking. My pizza tasted like it was cooked a while before and toppings warmed up and threw on there. No way these Pepperoni’s were cooked on the pizza.

Disgusting!!! Everything was bland and cold when it was delivered! I live less then 5 minutes from pizza hut, no way it should be cold from that short drive. They also forgot items at the store that I paid for. When I called they refused to deliver them and tried to give refund, but I paid cash so they were forced to come back either way.

Our experience was excellent! Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. The pizzas arrived hot and in less than 45min. Probably the best pizzas we have ever received from Pizza Hut!

No sauce on the burned pizza and the Cinnamon Rolls came completely RAW, didnt even attempt to bake them. Sending these pictures to corporate and reporting this ASAP. Absolutely inexcusable.
