They got my order wrong, tried to fix it and offered me credit, so I was happy (temporarily). When I went back, my credit did not exist. They asked if I still wanted my food. That’s a quick no if I have to pay for it. Nothing against the food, but the service at this location let me down more than once.

Staff was okay ! Kinda seemed agitated with customers. But my pizza was the issue !!! No cheese at all . I order Pizza Hut a lot and this location isn’t it . They more worried about saving product than making the customer happy! The 1st pizza they burned . The 2nd one they didn’t wana put cheese on it

Ordered well before the store closed waited over an hour and 20 minutes for the delivery. Called to ask when it would arrive. Was told that the store canceled my order because they are closed. So I’m out $34 bucks, until they do the refund (3-4 days…). And no dinner, because there is no where else to order from at this time of night. Never sent me anything to notify me they were canceling for absolutely no reason. No call, email, text, notification from the app. NOTHING. Horrible business. Horrible customer service. Always subpar quality food. Just a bad business all the way around. #pizzahut I’ll be calling corporate in the morning.

I love Pizza Hut! The prices are reasonable and I like their reward point system online. Maybe they should do it overall, not just for online orders. I order a few times a month for a quick meal or lunch. My food is always fresh and hot when I get it.

I’ve had A LOT of bad chain pizza in this city. I don’t know what it is about this spot, but their pizza tastes how you dream it tastes when you see it in the ads. Super consistent and some of the best bang for your buck in St. Louis.
