Purchased over $100 dollars worth of pizza… had family visiting from out of state. Got the pizzas over to the campground and guess what?!? Each pizza was an uncut square. Began opening each box to find none of the pizzas had been cut… unbelievable.. ended up cutting all of them with a knife. Received a email for a survey about my visit. Explained what happened. Received an apology email and an email letting me know a $50.00 credit would be there for my next visit. I asked instead for a $50.00 refund to my card as it will be a while before I am in Eureka again. He chose not to respond to my numerous emails so I’m putting this review here to remind him.

Food was good. The service was amazing once we sat in. Once they brought our pizza they forgot few items from the order. I had to get up and remind them. Looked like the server forgot to put that. Other than that it was a good experience.

Got my carry out order home and found that the pan pizza I ordered was hand tossed instead. I called back and asked if they could make the pan pizza I ordered if I come back out and pick it up. They did, I went and got it, and this sloppy mess is what they gave me. I’m sure they spit in it, too. It’ll be Dominos or Imos for me moving forward.

Austin is a great employee and person. He was very nice and hardworking. We had a few concerns but he immediately handled the situation with grace and efficiency. NOBODY in the place but myself my husband and our 3 year old glamdaughter took probably close to 10 minutes to get recognized another 15 to actually get our order taken. We were given a booster seat for our glamdaughter that was beyond filthy no ice or fountain soda got warm water no return service after one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. We definitely will not be back I wish I could give zero stars

WOW! How in the world is this place still open? The manager was an absolute wreck of a leader. Poor waitress (Sierra) was being bossed around like a slave. She was a rock star!! The only reason people are giving 5 stars is because they give free food to almost every dine in customer. Food and trash everywhere!!!!

We were greeted & seated right away,waitress brought drinks right away too. There was a slight cigarette smell that I didn’t expect,but we aren’t from the area so maybe its permitted in restaurants here. The soda’s tasted funny, but again we aren’t from the area or familiar with the taste of the water.

The Eureka location is not able to count to 12. This is the fourth time they have shorted me 1 – 2 wings. I get mistakes happen but their wings are crazy expensive and it’s happened way too many times.

So we stopped in for a bite to eat. I asked if their were any dine in specials..nope..no specials. Whelp..ok..weird, but I get it. So we order for one adult and four kids. Two large pizzas..two orders of breadsticks..and five sodas. $65.00!! Before tip!! And then when I got home, I found a dine in special for the same restaurant for virtually the same items for half as much as we were charged. I’ve ate at this restaurant multiple times and have never paid this much. And apparently no fountain sodas??? The staff brought out 20 oz sodas that must have been $4.00 a piece. Won’t be back anytime soon. What a rip off!!!
