We always get a pizza here and usually very good. This time we got the new Melts on the menu. It wasn’t very good. Over cooked, not cheesy, one had parm on the crust the other didn’t, not very appealing and I sure won’t order another. I’ll stick with my usual, maybe.

I am utmost impressed with this location. I’m a big fan of Pizza Hut, it’s my favorite pizza place. The Arnold Mo. location has always gone above and beyond. Tonight they went even further. I had placed an order online and had some errands to run, I lost track of time. I called at 11pm and the manager, Laura said they were closed but she still had my order. I was 10 minutes away. When we got there thinking we were lucky to still get the pizza we ordered over an hour ago….we pulled up and were told that a fresh one was in the oven and almost done. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE that will keep me coming back to this location though I have two stores closer to me! Thank You Thank You Thank You

Ok so I typically dont do chain restaurants, But today I need something fast and cheap and I noticed the lunch buffet deal so I pulled in. Food was normal Pizza Hut. That is not why I am sharing. The service is the reason for my post. The servers there was amazing. There was a group of people there with special needs enjoying their lunch. The workers there at Pizza Hut spent time talking with them and loving on them. It is great to see good people going above there job requirements
