Pizza Hut is my families go to pizza any time we want pizza. Friendly staff, fast and great options. This resent order brought me back to to 90’s pizza slices folded in half. Could use less cheese and more pizza sauce. But dip into marinara and it’s great. I love the rewards app I always use it for bread stick or cheese stick. Me and my family and now the family me and my husband created have been going to a pizza hut since we were little. The new melt should be called the 90’s throwback . Not that it’s only a 90’s thing to do, folding pizza in half but for the Childhood memories.

Good pizza made quickly. I’m sorry to say that the pizza hut in my town went out of business with many of the others locally, but I’m happy to say that the Mt Carmel location is now my go to. Thanks for the great food and fast, courteous service.

We live in Mt. Vernon, but most of our family live in Mt. Carmel and my son wanted to have his birthday party at Pizza Hut in Mt. Carmel. I called the weekend before and reserved seating for 15-20 people for the party and the man who answered the phone said he would write a note and leave it for the manager so they could schedule accordingly. I showed up just slightly earlier so we could get tables set up if we needed to and to put in an order for food. The young lady who was waiting tables greeted us and asked how she could help us and I told her I had made the reservation for the party last week and the poor girl just froze for a second and then proceeded to tell me nobody had told her there would be a party today. The restaurant was packed with a little league ball team taking up one whole side already in addition to the regular customers on the other side. She was the only waitress there left to deal with this all on her own. She apologized profusely and was so sweet. She put some tables together as quickly as she could and she did an outstanding job considering the circumstances! They were able to get our food out surprisingly quickly even with all the takeout orders coming in at the same time. I, along with several of my family members who were there for the party did have to do a lot of the work because we understood how overwhelming the situation was for the sweet young waitress who was working. She tried calling other staff members but they ignored her calls and wouldn’t call her back. We do not place any blame on any of the staff members who were there, they were amazing, but I feel it is a terrible reflection on management.

Ordered yesterday for delivery today at 6 and it was never delivered. Tried calling but only foreigners answered and said they wouldcheck and never returned. I went to the hut and they were closed. Card was charged and never received a pizza. No one to call to get a refund. Will be a long time before I order again if ever

Our poor pizza hut needs some attention. The food was soo good and the service was really good, but this poor guy was doing everything all by himself. Waiting on tables, running the register, helping to cook, answering the phone and sending 20+ carry out orders in the hour we were there. I hope someone decides to help get out pizza hut back to it’s foremore glory.

Food was good… Wheel Chair accessibly into the building but not into the bathrooms.. Bathrooms are not Wheelchair friendly especially if your in a manual wheelchair with grab bars. and a 24 inch seat chair… Other than that issue everything was fine.

This place seriously needs to be closed for business. It is in such bad shape that they need to either completely remodel or tear down and rebuild. No menus, took over 30 minutes with no drinks. The salad bar was empty the entire time. I cancelled my order in frustration. Many employees but none were really working.
