I ordered online and was quoted 14 minutes. I live on the north outskirt of Urbana so it takes me at least that long to drive to this location. Then I was stopped by a train on Bradley for a good 10-15 minutes. When I finally made it to this location, I was informed that my order wasn’t even made yet. Obviously I was a little miffed but the lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice and offered to make my order and comp the bill since it was their fault. I was very impressed with how well they corrected their mistake. Will definitely return.

I order a big box dinner which includes 2 pizza, breadsticks and pasta. One pizza was specially made for the ones that doesn’t eat pork. I placed my order online. I received a medium pizza with half pork and half beef which didn’t serve no purpose because PORK is touching the NON PORK SIDE. So that was a waste. They sent cheese sticks that was actually good and the creamy Alfredo pasta was dry with no taste to it. I called to let them know that the order was wrong and was told I was lying and that I had place what I had received. The 3 people I spoke with claimed to all be supervisors were very rude which led to a shouting match but I wasn’t getting off that phone until I proved my case. I was told to look at my confirmation email and read out the order which was the INCORRECT order.. After being called a liars in so many words I ended up asking if there was an email that I can send my PROOF to because my computer screen was still up with the correct order on it. Once I sent them a screenshot via email with the correct order and amount I paid there was a moment of silence and I could only imagine the dumb look on their faces. Why would I call and make an big issue if there isn’t one. I’m not that delusional. Anyway, I was told the only thing they would be able to do is refund me my money which would take up to 10 business days and place another order that I had to pay for again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THEY SWITCHED MY ORDER AND TRIED TO MAKE ME TAKE WHAT THEY WANTED ME TO HAVE. My family doesn’t eat pork and can’t have pork touching anything on their plate so why would you put pork on a non pork pizza and sent me the slop. On top of that my pizza was dried out and looked like it had been sitting out, half of the pizza looked like it was tampered with and my receipt was in the pizza box touching the pizza. That is very unsanitary. We threw the entire meal in the garbage and ate sandwiches. I really would have liked to enjoy some pizza for my birthday but do to this unprofessional establishment I couldn’t do that. Staff was very rude and caused me to have a migraine for several hours trying to get someone to understand that there was a mistake. That call took a hour before I was able to get any results. NEVER AGAIN!!!

This is the best restaurant for pizza in Champaign, IL. My order was ready when I picked it up. I ordered the $13.99 large veggie special, along with bone-in hot wings. The food was delicious and well -prepared. Also, the worker at the cash register was very pleasant and professional.

The pizza didn’t have the extra cheese the mushrooms seem to just to be put on with out being cooked with the pizza it was cold and I gave the driver a good 10 dollar tip the food was terrible think I’m done ordering from pizza barf, will go with Papa Johns for now on. I wish there was a way to give Zero stars.

Pizza Hut continues to be my favorite pizza chain and the one in Champaign is one of the best. I have had only excellent pizzas from here and their service is great. I don’t know what they do with the wings, but to this day I have not had better wings from anywhere!

My wife is recovering from surgery so friends picked up pizza for dinner to help us out. I was working at the time, but when I came home I wondered why the kids didn’t eat because they love pizza. One look at the pizzas and cheesy bread told the story. I actually thought there was ground beef on the cheesy bread but just realized it was burnt cheese. If I had been home at the time I would have taken it back myself. I wrote to the corporate office but I don’t know if or when they will get back with me. I don’t know the store’s quality control or who sent out pizza looking like this. Usually we save pizza for a snack the next day but this one went into the trash. Sad.

Great customer service!! I have not ordered Pizza Hut in decades, & decided to give it a try again. The pizza tasted very good; it was flavorful & full of our chosen ingredients, which surprised me. I’m not a fan of chain pizza places, but I will order from this location again.
