Best experience ever!!! I called for a youth group about 90 people to stop in for pizza on a bus ride home. This location went out of their way to make everything perfect. Had 40 pizzas hot and ready and shut down the dining room for us to eat!!! Excellent communication! Staff was super kind and helpful. You don’t find service like this anymore. Highest recommendation possible!

First was told over the phone that due to covid there was no buffet, no biggie, so we decided that alright we’ll still go eat here anyway. It wasn’t a problem until we found out the lobby was closed to the public and for two pizzas and wings was over an hour wait, by the time they got home it wasn’t really hot anymore. Not great when you spend 40 bucks for a meal that caused so much stress as we had six kids waiting for the pizza/wings. They weren’t very nice about it either and we literally were one of three customers that came through the whole time we were waiting. Not exactly thrilled about it.

Price and quality too low for the prices and wait time. Was told delivery would be in 27-37 minutes. Waited over an hour for it to be delivered. Called to find out why and was on hold for long time with their automated system to get a sorry and that was it.

I ordered 2 large pizzas online. The taco pizza I ordered was made incorrect with red sauce instead of bean and was loaded with onion when I specified no onion. When I called to get it get another one the manager Amanda told me that the red sauce was the bean sauce and that the bean sauce was invisible mush and that’s what pizza hut does now!? She said she would go ahead and make me another pizza anyway though. I said ok. I then got a phone call back from the manager Amanda where she proceeded to tell me she looked up my online ticket order and wanted me to know I ordered it wrong and it was my fault! When I tried to speak about the situation she hung up on me! Sad excuse if a manager! We will not be ordering again.

Some of The most friendly, prompt staff I’ve ever met! Usually down in 15 min or so. Delicious food! They will even give you paper plates and ect if u need them! Good Job Pizza Hut!!! I love the Drive Thru too!! Makes pick up easy!

Ordered pasta and boneless wings…paid over 35.00 couldn’t get meat and veggies pasta together…sauce was nothing like cavatini sauce and chicken hardly had any sauce bread sticks were supposed to have marinara and got none…never again bring back the cavatini sauce and choices that were available…not sure i even want to waste money on a pizza…have had so much better..lots of choices here in town that are cheaper and better

The Quality of Pizza hut is nothing like it was when I was just married. The quality got so bad that I rarely ever ordered a meal there. We ordered a big box meal Saturday. It was like I walked back 25 years. The Pan was that crunchy buttery crust that they have not had in a long time. All three selections were top quality. Kudos on your return from the dead.
