Flat crust was substandard. Was charged for extra cheese and we literally was able to see the pizza sauce. I will NEVER order food from the 38th St Rockisland location again. Ended up putting whole pizza in trash & getting a pizza from 7/12

Quick ordering process and easy pickup through the window. However, the pizza we received was so undercooked that it was doughy on 3/4 of the pizza. We unfortunately ordered late in the evening and by the time we returned to our hotel room, the location was closed so we were unable to ask for it to be remade.

Used to be my favorite place to call for order. Currently they gouge customers as much as humanly possible, won’t deliver unless it’s a ridiculous order, attempt to add three different things to my order that I never asked for and the quality of the last one was garbage. I won’t take a free pizza from these a-holes anymore.

Service was okay. Food was not good, I requested a crisper crust, floppy AF, breadsticks which is my favorite item at Pizza Hut were soaked in butter, dripping out, soggier than the pizza. I’m just mad I tipped them $5 for carryout. Save your time and money and go around the corner to Domino’s, that location is fire.
