Horrible customer service from the leadership on duty today 2/11/22 4:25pm. Older man states he’s the boss. I went in for an order of bread sticks and I received a solid piece of bread. I’ve ordered bread sticks numerous times as they are my favorite and never received a brick of bread. There weren’t any perforations and unable to even pull apart. So I brought it in and kindly brought it to their attention and instead of even saying sorry or at least even offering to slice it, he proceeds to become defensive and argumentative instead of even offering an ounce of empathy or customer service. He just kept stating week that’s how they come. Not from any pizza hut store I’ve ever been to. I won’t be back to this location. Very rude. Pictured is the brick I got from this store opposed to the actual bread sticks I received from the pizza hut across the street.

I don’t know where all the bad vibes from others comes from but these folks were great. Friendly, quick maybe they even added some extra veggies for me. And best of all….a HUGE parking lot! I only crushed a few four-wheelers while parking. 80,000 lb trucks do that. Could not ask for better location and service.
