Won’t be ordering from here again. Ordered a large pizza, with cinnamon sticks and pasta. I’ve never had any issues until today. Pizza was fine. The pasta was like a paste, no flavor and the topping was just a hard thick cheese that was inedible. The sticks were undercooked breadsticks with sloppy suger and cinnamon ploppedon top. I had the worst stomach after I tried to eat.

I asked a question didn’t understand, and he asked me what’s there to understand, excuse me. I don’t need to be put down bu you, nor the woman ahead of me whom you talked down too. Haven’t been here for a while. Had stuff to do at home and had a taste for pizza, so ordered, and was delivered. Way to expensive for starters. Asked for no mushrooms and got double. Dough wasn’t cooked all the way and the cheese was just melted. I will have to actually cook it to eat it for leftovers. Just horrible! I did an online order and wonder if the pizzas would’ve been better if I called???? The only thing that was cooked and good, was the chocolate cookie. Haven’t been there in a while, and won’t be going back anytime soon, if I do.

My food had been forgotten to be cooked. When this issue was fixed. They cooked a pizza I didn’t even order. That had to be fixed. When I got home I discovered my pizza was cold and not cut. The desserts were both burnt. Big wate of time and money. This was at the Plano, Illinois location. Don’t go there…. when I called to complain, the staff was no help.

my order is ALWAYS messed up. every single time we try! they always undercook the pizza and forget my extras! extra sauces, extra ingredients, but of course i still get charged. avoid this location. it has been this way for YEARS! every time i think maybe theyve gotten new staff or gotten better, nope haha

Worst Pizza Hut experience ever. We ordered our food online and set a time for pick up an hour and a half later. When we get there to puck up our order, the cashier tells me it’s gonna be another twenty minutes. So I go out to car and wait. Twenty minutes later I go into get food and they can’t find my order in the computer. So I pointed to the lady cashier and said she just told me I had to wait 20 more minutes for my food. Then she remembered she cleared out my order and put receipt on counter. Manager came to counter and said we are still waiting on breadsticks. So after another five minutes I get my food and leave. I get home, sit down to eat and my pizza is cold, hard and taste like it doesn’t even have sauce on it. This place is dirty inside and out. Service here absolutely sucks. Will never eat here again and don’t recommend this place at all…
