So we ordered pizza and fries , no complain with pizza. But the fries were 4$ and when I opened the big container , it was less than even regular size of McDonald’s fries , there must a problem with packing by any employee because I’ve had fries there before this was not the usual amount which I got. I called Pizza Hut to complain about that . Rather than accepting the fault , they said it is what it usually comes with and said you can complain if you want .

We haven’t ordered Pizza Hut in years. Wanted to give it a go yesterday, but that was a mistake! It was the worst pizza experience we’ve had in our lives. The pizza was literally as thin as the pepperoni slices, which made it soaking wet with oil, which made it soggy and floppy. We couldn’t even eat it because the pizza was mush. I don’t know if they rolled it out too thin (we ordered hand tossed) or if it was under proofed. Either way, the “pizza” came across raw from the liquid and inedible. This time, the hut was out pizza-ed!

We haven’t had Pizza Hut in years and we recently received a flyer advertising the new Big Dinner Box meal. We ordered it online and made the mistake to not check the pizza before coming home. What a disappointment! The pizza was hard and had more dough than anything. Nobody in my family liked the pizza and we ended up tossing it. We picked Pizza Hut over Jets that we love to try out our old favorite Pizza Hut pizza. I won’t be coming here again. Obviously nobody here cares about the quality of the food they make.

We came at that pizza hut location to a dinner on Sunday. The store looked messy and not clean inside The asian service male was very mean. He definitely has to take some training on how to behave with the customers. Otherwise the owner of that store will lodt all its potential customers.

Ordered a pizza on Saturday at 8 PM, waited until 10:30 PM and then called the store, was told there are 2 other addresses to stop by before me, refused to give me a number for the delivery person. Then went outside to see if my pizza was already dropped and it was whereas tracker was showing “on the way” status and store said that it is still on the way. When I opened the box, pizza was all over insects. Called the store right away but no response. Emailed customer service and after 2 days they emailed me back asking for a call back. Since that time they never picked up the phone and ignoring my emails. The worst ever experience, it was my first and last time dealing with Pizza Hut

Only downside is that the quality is really a hit or miss. Great prices if you check out the deals in the app. Service is usually fast, but the quality is inconsistent. I honestly ordered a cheese pizza three times this past week..the first time there was barely any cheese or sauce and no flavoring on the crust even though I asked for garlic buttery. The second time the cheese and sauce ratio was acceptable but still no crust seasoning. The third pizza was the best of all – cheesy, saucy, seasoned crust and cooked to perfection. Located off of 75th and Woodward next to Arby’s and Los Arcos.

Worst pizza. Don’t have enough topping and pizza didn’t cook properly. The pizza had really big sides and way less cheese and not even a good quantity of toppings for a regular size option. Luck to even get one star. We had people over for new years eve a good portion of our food was missing I called the store spoke with David who was no help. He said he had no drivers to bring items and could only do a store credit I told him we needed the food. He said I could call Monday to get a refund he eventually hung up on me. He also said if I wanted the food I needed to come get it. I went through door dash who now does their deliveries to help me. They were able to get me a representative to help me. The representative was great. However the attitude of the manager David is unacceptable. We had to call another restaurant to get more food.

Wife placed an order. Followed the online tracker, until it just went blank. 30 minutes after the pizza was supposedly on its way we called. “No delivery drivers” pizza will be there once a doordash/grub hub driver gets it.
