I ordered Cheesy bread sticks it took me less than 5mins to get home not no mention I ordered while I was in the parking lot so I wouldnt be cold when I got them. I felt and taste as if they were made hours before I got them. I’m very dissatisfied with what I got. The bread was tough and cheese hard will never order here again.

Pizza Is alright but the lobby is very dirty even though there’s no dining in they should clean more often and ik rush hours make it hard but this place isn’t very busy.. the pizza is almost always hot and on time tho and the staff is friendly:)

I ordered New York pizza. I had that pizza at different location, previously and it was awesome. What I got here was tasteless, dried, hard, semi-cold, paper thin, shrunk peece of “cardboard”. The “pizza” was also much smaller than it supposed to be. Possibly the worst pizza I ever had. $16 wasted.

I’m done after having 3 bad experiences with this location in a one week time span. Last time I ordered for delivery (third party app), they didn’t put the breadsticks in any kind of plastic bag. They were just in the thin paper wrapper they put them in. It was raining outside and my breadsticks got soaking wet and soggy by the time they were delivered to me. I don’t know why they couldn’t put the order in a plastic bag.

The pizza wasn’t that great at this Homewood pizza hut on Halsted. Our pizza was paper thin with a small amount sauce and even smaller amounts of flavor. Even the extra toppings did nothing to improve the pizza.

Order online at 8pm my food never came after calling 3 times and was told my food would be there soon. I even asked if I can come and pick my order up for the girl to tell me no because she doesn’t know how to refund my delivery charge and that someone will come and get it and deliver my food.
