Terrible. I placed an order online and chose to contactless pick up. I drove to the store and waited outside. Informed the staff that I was outside. 20 to 30 minutes later, a manager came out only to inform me that the oven was broken and my order was canceled. It’s 9:50pm and no other place is open. This is a terrible way of doing business. Guess I may never go back again.

Just got the worst service from here. Redownloaded the app for convenience to place an order while in the area. Said it would be ready in 15 minutes, it wasn’t. No big deal though I figured it wouldn’t be. I get home and both of my pizzas are wrong and I got a cookie instead of a brownie. Call the store and instead of apologizing the woman argues with me that she made my pizza and she knows it’s right and to send a picture of the order to her PERSONAL PHONE to prove it’s wrong. Told her I don’t feel comfort doing that and she offered no solution. I had to ask her specifically “so what is the solution?” I was again told to send a picture so I did the gold I would only get refunded for 1 pizza and the cookie “because I know I made that other pizza right” …no apologies during the entire conversation and I honestly don’t even feel reassured that I’m getting that partial refund on my card. I asked for a corporate or manager contact and was told there isn’t one so here I am. This has been my local pizza hut since high school, been ordering here for years with no issues but got argued down today about pizza. Now I’m stuck with the wrong order. Rosati’s down the street it is.

Sent in order said 15minutes. I work in the area it’s on my way home. Got there was told it will be ten minutes. Ok. Twenty minutes later I was finally out the door. Food was ok at best. Service was horrible. I recommend you find some where else to eat. If I could 0 stars I would!!

So let me start with the positive. The food was really good and arrived hot and fresh. The issue was getting my food. I got an alert that the food was in its way and then the driver called me, telling me my address didn’t show up on his GPS. Told him that I order food all of the time and never had an issue. After literally arguing with me for 5 minutes on the phone and insisting my house wasn’t there and me giving him directions. He found my address on Google and brought my food.
