DO NOT GO HERE!! I made an order on the app, came to the store to pickup and door was Locked, could not get in. I call, no answer I pound on the door, its 11:30 when the sign says open at 11am, my online order is sitting waiting I can see it thru the glass door. No one ever came or answered almost an hour later and 7 calls an employee FINALLY answers the phone and doesn’t care, I never got my order and had to file dispute on my credit card. They must be pocketing money from pickups having the door locked and hope you don’t notice. THIVES! NEVER GO HERR THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Breadsticks were just a large piece of overcooked bread. Pizza had some rubber band in it (pictures below). Tried calling the restaurant several times to resolve but they don’t answer. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!

The black guy upfront taking orders was high out of his mind couldn’t even process what we were asking him after telling him our order multiple time and once we got our order it was still wrong (2 large stuffed crust supreme pizzas) should be a simple order place was dead and they couldn’t take the time to get the order right we ended up talking to the guy with the long hair he was no help either so we decided to take the food and leave one of the worst pizza huts I been to

I am so grateful for this Pizza Hut because when the DoorDash guys messed up and forgot to bring my entire order. I made a quick phone call and just like that there was a gentleman at my door with what was missing. They don’t have their own drivers they always go through DoorDash so I got special treatment when they sent one of their own to fix the mistake. I wish I knew the gentleman’s name because that’s exactly what he was a true gentleman.
