This place is a disaster and should not be an open business. Not only do they give us a time hours off but they messed up our order. They’re out of items needed for their combos and when you try to call to get the right pizza they pick up the phone and hang up after so many rings.

If there was 0 stars Id give em 0. Waited for over an hour. Orders being screwd up for other customers. The Manger Paula had no idea what she was doing. Pizza, breadsticks and pasta were all completely burnt and were not able to be eaten. This was by far WORST experience ive ever had.

Ordered delivery on the PizzaHut website. Food was delivered by a wonderful DoorDasher named William who was very pleasant and engaging. Food was absolutely delicious (ordered the Melts and Cinnabon) and arrived on time and at the perfect temperature. Was very satisfied with all of the communication I received about my order. Ordered pizza box online charged my credit card in 30 seconds 2 hours later no pizzas and no answers when I called. Had to call credit card company to dispute charge. They did refund my credit card. The manager did explain they had only 1 driver for a Friday night. So I can understand the situation a little.

I have had major issues with this location 2x and there will not be a 3rd. Cant seem to handle the weekend rush and end up with 10-15 people crammed in their lobby waiting for their food upset. No sense of order on talking to or getting your food. Just an udder disaster of a location.

Awful everytime. You can count on it. We’ve had deliveries that didn’t arrive, had a time where the old lady there said she got our order but just didn’t feel like doing ours so she just ignored it while our family sat at home waiting for it to arrive. And theres no way to contact them short of going in. And if you go in they just shrug. Surprised this place is even open anymore

As said multiple times delivery time is a joke. The manager has no clue what she’s doing. Ordered two pizzas and opted to pay cash and she transferred the delivery to Doordash since they only had one driver at the time. Your product is delicious and always consistent. Your staff is kind and good natured. My last three orders for pick up I’ve talked to Paula (I think) in Crystal Lake IL and she is awesome. But all three of my last orders I’ve waited almost two hours for my pizza. I get that demand is high and I get that staffing issues are rampant (I work in recruitment) but maybe adjust your technology to accommodate staffing / production issues? Don’t tell me an hour for my pizza and then make me wait another hour in the car in front of the pick up store. I am a fairly consistent customer and I don’t mind the wait but it would be great if the tech could help me plot an appropriate timeframe for pickup.
