I ordered a taco pizza, wings, Cinnabon and 2 20oz drinks. I didn’t get my 2 drinks and my taco pizza was made incorrectly. It had sausage, not beef on it. And it also didn’t have extra cheese or beef or bean sauce/ bean dip like I paid for

Waited for 90 minutes for a medium pizza. Several cars waiting at the drive thru (inside closed) waited 20 minutes or more. I actually turned off my engine I waited so long. They were understaffed….but no apology for the waiting or rudeness of being ignored at the window. I am not a visitor but someone who lives here. Won’t be back.

Ordered online for pickup at a later time, unfortunately due to short staffing, the order was not fulfilled until 25-30 minutes beyond that. The food was exactly as we ordered it and the customer service was fantastic. The lobby should have been closed OR online ordering should have been shut down so the staff could focus on either the people in the building or drive through orders.

0 stars took over an hr to get food, supposedly drivers car broke so they delivered thru doordash. If I would’ve know that I would’ve canceled and ordered thru doordash to elimate the delivery fee. Doordash had thee wrong address, I live 3 blocks from the store. Food was cold. Called store spoke with GM Michelle who kept talking over me, said she would give me a 20 credit for next order. Umm won’t be a next order. Requested credit back to my credit card, she said she would have to talk to her boss and call me back…of course she never called me.

I ordered the chicken taco pizza with marinara . Well the first one I got Alfredo which I’m allergic to. The second time it had half the toppings in the container shown. I’m really disappointed. I had to pretty much cook my own pizza…

Finally a Pizza Hut like the old days before the pandemic. Where you can dine in. You park your car you get out of your car walk over to the front door and there’s a small sign that says no dining inside anymore. I was disgusted. I’m old and I have a bad back and a broke toe and a busted knee so it took a lot of effort to get out of the car and walk across parking lot. You would think they would have the common courtesy to put a large sign out there instead of putting a small sign on the door. They do have a drive-thru but I was so disgusted I left. I’m almost certain I will return as my favorite pizza is Pizza Hut. Overall generally speaking and not speaking about this specific location I would rather have a Pizza Hut pizza on Christmas morning or for Thanksgiving dinner than usual traditional meal.

Called to make an order, not only did i get outsourced to a call center for whatever freaking reason, before i placed my order i wanted to know if i could get specific toppings. as soon as i asked, they hung up on me. Is it illegal to want odd toppings?

The cheese pizza we received was overcooked. The cheese on it was DARK brown and almost crunchy. It was just a regular cheese pizza on normal crust but with extra cheese. I can handle it alright if it’s a little browned, but to quote Joe Biden, “come-on, man!”

This is the second time it has happened!! My hubby ordered pizza from his app. Twice they didn’t give him what he ordered and it was charged to his debit card He did go back to get refund. They told him they couldn’t So never again we’ll order from them.
