Ordered delivery to our hotel. Got a text saying order was on the way and it still took 25 min for them to drive two miles. Pizza was cold. Missing Parmesan shaker we paid extra for, container for the wings is melted! Looks like the container was microwaved to heat up the chicken. No napkins or plates provided. Pathetic!!! Tried calling the store to speak to a manager but just left on hold and no one picks up.

Was very disappointed in pizza hut of glendive, MT. For such a tiny town I don’t understand why it took an hour and half to make and deliver a pizza and wings. The food arrived cold and lack luster. We were already beat from a days long drive we just nuked it and choked it down. Wish I would have saved my $38 and just got a box of hot pockets instead, I would have gotten my moneys worth at least.

Suprised by my experience here. Usually get Gust Hauf pizza when I am in Glendive but last few times the pizza is undercooked and not good. Ordered 2 large thin crust pizzas with pasta and bread sticks for pick up. The order was finished on time and the staff was very friendly and staying busy. The building this is in is pretty old and very obvious np money has been put into updating it, but the staff actually kept the bathrooms very clean and was greeted by a worker ya every turn. The pizza was great laing with the other food. I will go back to here for the service and food. Options are very limited in Glendive and I am honestly surprised it still even has a Pizza Hut. Hopefully it stays as Glendive is very depleted of any restaurant options.

Ordered a pizza for carry out. Got it back to the hotel to find it had no sauce on it. Called and ended up speaking to a manager (Carolyn?) that offered to remake the pizza and have it delivered. Over an hour later, no pizza. Called back and spoke to Cassandra (another manager? First one was gone apparently) to find out the first manager had my phone number and hotel wrong (even though my correct phone number was attached to the original order) Cassandra offered to again remake it and send it to the correct place. It’s been an hour and 45 mins and just got the second pizza…again with no sauce on it. What a nightmare and waste of money.

Pasta dish slightly overcooked related to dry dense cheese on top. Also the dish could have used a little more sauce in it. Breadsticks did not have a dipping sauce which was very disappointing. Ordering on app was easy and delivery driver was friendly and polite.

have consistency on the pizza. One time you get a nice pizza with enough ingredients and then the next time they cheat you on ingredients. And then the crust is never the same either even when you order more than one pizza on the same order. One will be thick and hard and the other will be just ok. Ate at this place and the food was good. We were discounted as we ordered cheesy breadsticks and they didn’t have them so we were instead given garlic toast with cheese on top. Everything was fine and dandy until about 2 hours after eating and my boyfriend and I both got sick, including my mother who dined with us. Staff was friendly but also extremely busy and looked very understaffed. I noticed customers coming in and out getting to get things that the customer ordered but the staff did not include it in their takeout/delivery. It was alright, but I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Good pizza and fast delivery even though there was a mistake with the delivery address. Apple Maps has the LaQuinta Hotel address as 1719 N Merrill Ave and Google Maps and the LaQuinta website shows the address as 1717 N Merrill Ave. If you’re ordering delivery to the LaQuinta, it’s probably best to put the address as 1717 N Merrill. My apologies to the delivery driver and thank you for making the delivery so quickly!
