Ordered a big New Yorker pizza which is supposed to have 6 XL slices, came with standard 8 slices, and half of the pizza was pretty much falling apart. I’m eating it because I’m hungry, but it’s kinda lame. I’m not that mad, just probably won’t be back due to quality.

Tonight I ordered a Big New Yorker with dbl peperoni black olives and pineapple. Was told it would be 30 to 35 mins. I later got a text saying it would be an hour. It not only took longer than expected, it was the wrong pizza and was cold!

Ordered 2 pizzas in store and after waiting 20 minutes they only made 1 pizza and then made us wait another 22 minutes for the second pizza. Our first pizza was dried out on the shelf leaving us totally unsatisfied with their service. 5 thumbs down…..

I was happy that the New Yorker pizza was available to order again at Pizza Hut, but the sauce was scarce and the flavor wasn’t the same as before. Sure, I got 6 large slices of pizza, but the taste and texture of the pizza aren’t something id order again from pizza hut.
