Just wanted to share that the crew working at tonight was very respectful and polite. They went above and beyond to make things right even though the fault didn’t fall on them but with the online app. Pizza was still great regardless. I had a carry out order. I was giving a 10-20 minute time frame to pick it up. I arrived at 15 minutes. The staff was quick to greet me. My food was hot and tasted amazing.

After paying 31 dollars for a full meal online, I went to pick it up and had it all cold. Not just the pizza, everything was cold, and like it had been left out in the open for over an hour, before being put in a warmer to keep it ‘hot’. Not to mention a messed up order before, I thought maybe it was a few bad days, but now I’m just done ordering food from this particular store. Maybe it’s the workers, or the managment, but either way, you’re better off going next door to Taco Bell, At least their food is hot.
