I could not get the Hut app to let me order a thin crust pizza. Took my phone to the hut. A young man at the counter got the app fixed for me. Then got my pixxa made in less than 15 minutes. Amazing service and great pizza.

We placed an online order, and texted the number when we arrived to pick it up. Received a response via text saying “not ready, we’ll bring it out soon”. We sat for almost 30 minutes waiting! Finally my husband went in the store. Not one employee acknowledged him. He finally boldly said that we’ve been waiting and what’s the status of our order. One guy finally turned around and said “it’s right there, you can grab it”. And that was it…no I’m sorry for the wait, sorry we didn’t get it to you….nothing. Poor excuse for customer service. We won’t be going back anytime soon. Lots more pizza options to pick from that have WAY better customer service.

So….I wasn’t sure how to approach this issue. I ordered a Detroit Style Pizza last night. Im originally from Michigan. Wanted to see how they do it at The Hut. Once it was delivered, I realized it was definitely not a Detroit Style. It was a Detroit inspired Sicilian Style Pizza. I didn’t care too much. I was hungry. Pizza was good. But not what I wanted. I hope this is not how all the shops are doing it. Cuz it’s wrong. Wouldn’t mind trying a real one from you guys.

Expensive and doesn’t taste good like the old Pizza hut anymore. Cut down too much ingredients. 35.00 i could get a pizza from Walmart even taste better. New York style he said supposed to have double amount of Pepperoni and the supreme looks plain.

Recently ordered a pizza here a week ago and everything was hot, fresh and ready! The pizza at this Pizza Hut location is actually worth your money considering I’ve had troubles at other locations getting a dried up pizza with little to no sauce or cheese.

The crust of my pizza was woefully undercooked, and far from “golden brown”. To be fair, I have had excellent service and quality food from Pizza Hut in the past, but this experience has me considering competitors, of which there are many.
