I would of given this store more star’s but they knew they were out of wings. But instead of calling me right away when they got the order like they should of but they call me two minutes before the delivery driver gets here with my food and I miss the phone call because I was outside waiting on the driver. I still have to pay full price for the food and didn’t get my wings. That why they only got 1 star there lucky there’s not an zero because that what I would of given them .

I ordered the new chicken bacon ranch melt. This is the second time, the first time was amazing!!! So I ordered it today for a second time and it was TERRIBLE!!!! The bacon seemed to not be cooked and it almost looked like it had some ham chunks the crust (outside part) was over cooked while the inside was not cooked enough. I ordered curbside and had went inside to get my order bcuz nobody was answering the phone and had to stand at the counter for about 5 minutes for two dudes to come say nothing and hand me my food…. This was about 4 pm Monday 1/16/2023. It will be a long time before I visit this place again if ever..there are too many places to choose from for a place to be this upsetting…..

I was so disappointed with this place. They did not have personal pan pizzas i which I ordered 2. they brought me a medium pizza and I got charged for the 2 personal pans.Also, they did not have bacon nor ranch for dipping sauces

Went to go pick up a doordash from this store. Got there and they guy said it would be a couple minutes. I’m sitting in there waiting and 10 minutes pass by and I asked the other girl working to see how much longer it would be. “If you want to come back so you don’t have to wait in here so long… it’s gonna be about 15 more minutes until it’s ready.” Thanks for wasting my time when I could have been doing another order in the mean time. Ended up cancelling the pickup

Pizza Hut is the best chain pizza. Their thin crust is the best and stuffed crust is fun and tasty. The bread sticks are addicting and a good variety of wings for sides. Delivery is usually fast. Bring back more of the fun weird special items.
