Extremely RUDE customer service!!! On 7/14/23 after 8pm my family decided to go to Pizza Hut to order a few pizzas. The lady working immediately rolled her eyes as she seen us walk in, she had an attitude with any question we had. Words can’t describe her mannerisms because she had none! She threw a menu onto the counter at us and said she was going to give us a few minutes and walked into the back. How can people treat others so poorly especially when you’re working. Her excuse was she was the only one there She informed us of that immediately when I asked how long it would take. I understand that people have to work short at some point or another, and customers need to have patience for that. But I don’t have patience for someone being extremely rude and unprofessional. My family was shocked, we decided to leave because the way this girl was acting who knows what would end up in your pizza. This was my first time going into the Pizza Hut in Morris Minnesota and I’m disgusted and disappointed.

This location takes me back to the 90s when all Pizza Huts were incredible. From the retro look of the inside and outside of the restaurant to the delicious pizza, I’m in love with this PH. Keep up the great work!!!!

Never delivers even remotely on time, staff is rude and unhelpful, and the restaurant itself is filthy and uncomfortable. As much as it hurts to say, if you’re in Morris, just go to pizza ranch.

Good us getting g better again. But the wait times for delivery are getting ridiculous. When I order during dinner times it take 1.5 hours to be delivered. But other than that it’s good.

Ordered online with the Pizza Hut App and it was very easy to use! Pizza was customized and also chose a time to pick up the food. Our food was ready and hot and the pizza was cooked perfectly with all the correct toppings on each half! The two young kids working did an awesome job!!! Great service!!

Staff is friendly. Food is hot & tastes good. I love that they brought the white sauce back but a little unhappy that they charge $3 for a small container of it. They don’t have a gluten-free menu option so while the rest of our group ate, one of our family members ate nothing as the waitress couldn’t offer a gluten-free option. Pizza Hut, Please figure this out – many other restaurants offer gluten free – it’s 2018!
