I ordered online for delivery and I didn’t provide the correct address. I called the store to let them know. They lady I talked with was super nice and fixed the issue. I vowed I’d never order from Pizza Hut again two years ago, however, we tried them out to see if they had improved and I was delighted to see that not only did they improve on customer service they knocked it out of the park. Friendly and prompt delivery and Wonderful customer service. Way to go! Make sure to top these folks to remind them that they’re doing an excellent job.

What great service! Ordered a large pizza online. I’m an over the road truck driver that is broken down for the night. I placed an order for delivery online. It came FAST and ACCURATE! I would highly recommend and when I’m back in Marshall again, I wouldn’t think twice about ordering from them again!

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and it was terrible, no taste, olive looked shriveled, crust was hard to chew. Very disappointed. I tried 2 pieces the rest is going in the garbage.

Samantha B the manager will steal extra money on your contactless orders. I tried 3 times and all 3 times I said to leave change in the delivery instructions they felt like it was theirs to take, when asked about it they get defensive and blame the porch lighting for something that happened multiple times in a row, really a shame because they are so much better than dominos in every way besides that a thief runs the place.

Everything from start to finish went very smoothly. It was easy to understand the website and order on line. When I got to the Pizza Hut staff was very prompt and brought my pizza out within 2 minutes. Pizza was so delicious, everyone commented on how good it was.
