I’ve never had any problems with this Pizza Hut (although, they do tend to forget the drinks so i have to remind them, which is no big deal). For me, it’s a 20 min drive so when I order online or OTP, my pizzas are ready and waiting when i get there but still hot when I get home. Staff is always friendly and the restaurant is very clean. Great job, everyone!

I got a medium sized hand tossed sausage and onions. We ate one and a half pieces because we were starving but couldn’t stomach any more. This pizza is awful and very expensive. It was nearly $20 for this half sized pie. It’s not as bad as Domino’s but the next worst pizza in the Virginia area. Saved the rest for the next day but couldn’t bring it to my mouth it looked so awful. Threw the leftovers in the woods for the critters. I’ll stick with local mom and pop pizza shops from now on. This pizza chain pizza is awful.

The pizza was great as always the staff go above and beyond to make you feel like family. Just a great atmosphere

Food was ok, but apparently the dining room was closed and our food was entered in as a to go order. “Didn’t hear our name called” from 20ft away so we waited 30+ minutes for food and ate it in the car in the parking lot. Dumb way to run a business. Wish I hadn’t left a six dollar tip in advance for two personal pizzas and drinks.

We stopped in to get a bite to eat and it was so cold in the restaurant the place could have had a wind chill.

Terrible! My husband and I decided to have a supper out and figured a franchised restaurant must be cookie cutter from state to state to state. No way! We were so disappointed. We ordered a double order of cheese sticks and a large hand tossed supreme pizza. There were 3 tables with customers. While we waited, we noticed that when customers would say “Thank you”, the waitress, Shaina, would say “No problem” to them instead of “You’re welcome”. Oh well, maybe she knew them personally. Nope. She No Problem’d us, too. She never EVER thanked us. She interacted with us like we were a burden to her. Also, we looked up and noticed the ceiling by the cash register was literally falling down. A part of the ceiling was just hanging there. Our bread sticks came and they were perfect. (This is the 1 star) Our pizza came and immediately we knew something was off. The crust was so thin. It looked like a thin crust with a ring of dough around the outside. And the crust wad brushed with a garlic butter. My husband and I don’t use garlic – ever. We asked Shaina if this was a hand tossed and she said that it was. The other customers left and Shaina was sitting at the other end rolling silverware. My husband had to shout 3 times to get her attention to get a “to go” box. She brought two 9×9 boxes. We had only eaten1 piece of pizza each and 3 bread sticks. We had to ask for another box. Even then, we had to stack our food to fit. She could have brought us a regular take out pizza box. A family came in and Shaina said that the dining room was closed and the woman asked, “On a Saturday at 8 pm?” Unacceptable for Pizza Hut.

Quepapas were fine, the delivery driver was super polite and prompt. But our stuffed crust pizza was a joke! I’ve never seen pizza so thin! Hardly any cheese and very greasy. I guess because they put cheese in the stuffed crust they decided to leave it off the main pizza. We also received store bought tea instead of the fresh brewed tea in the picture on the website. The worst part is delivery is now 5 DOLLARS! Virginia is a small town. 5 bucks (plus extra for a tip!) is insane to drive a mile. We only get PH once or twice a year and if we ever try it again we’ll definitely eat in or pick it up ourselves.

The past few years I’ve been iffy about Pizza Hut, maybe it was the Cooks, maybe it was something else. The food never turned out good, always greasy. But recently I’ve given it a few shots and everytime I’m satisfied with what I get (usually the cheesy Alfredo pasta). Maybe it’s a new management. I don’t know, but something has made Pizza Hut better.

Now that they have doordash delivering, pick your pizza up or just eat there. Pizza never gave our item to the dasher on a $60 order and pizza hut refused to refund us or even make our item for us to pick it up. In these times $27 is a ot of money. The people in the store a very rude. Not surprised they are barley able to keep the doors open.
