At the 1.5 hour mark of my order being late, I called Pizza Hut. They told me they are using Door Dash to handle deliveries and to call them. I did and unsurprisingly I was told my order was dropped off at the wrong address, which ironically is why I stopped using DD to begin with. Easiest address to follow in the world.

Edit: This store is HORRIBLE. The store was refunded but my order was a cash order and not one person from the store or doordash reached out to me for a refund. So the store has literally stolen money from after the doordash driver stole money from me.

Do not ever order from here. I order two big boxes dinner from online. Waited inside the pizza place showed my receipt waited for ant least 20 minutes and I been told that they didn’t know if it was a real order because there was no name on it. They said and I quote” we didn’t know if it was a fake order or not or if it was scam and that’s why we didn’t make it” I paid online and that they told me and my sister. Ps John that’s works at 6:42pm was responsible for that

I ordered the Big NY pizza and boneless wings. App wouldn’t allow me to remove the pepperoni topping. The Wings had hardly any honey BBQ sauce on them. The food was ordered for delivery by Pizza hut with tip included along with building security code. After placing and paying for order online. I was advised my order would be delivered by Doordash. Driver for Doordash left my food in my building entery lobby under the phone used to call to be buzzed in. What am I tipping for? This seems to be an trend with ordering food for delivery. The food arrived luke warm. I had to use microwave to reheat.

Wish I could say more. But most of it would be a “here say i say” backed up by there recoreded systems. My group and i out of state in a hotel waited for 2hrs 30mins for my order to come in. I called multiple times even though they have my data sutch as calls/order status of late there was not much satisfaction in customer service. Yes there was a mention of a trump protest around Jan 19th 2017 for delay but with the hotel 0.4mi and due to work we couldn’t receive it ourselves. My group was hungry we gave patients and time. I was directed to a store manager(locally) and a manager through the call hub and no answer. I finally called and canceled my order and 30mins later delivery came by. We purchased it quality of the pizza was not pleasing. Asked for a call back, information, discount or an apology none was taken into account. Goodluck and 2x check just before ordering. And soggy.
