I ordered at 9:23 and they kept saying order pending and then at 10pm it says closed and they refunded my money . Everytime I order here after 0830 pm they don’t get the pizza done and the customer service dude is super rude

Walked in on a busy Saturday evening to order nothing but a personal pan pizza for my child, and was told it would be a 30 min wait. So we sat and waited for the pizza. Despite the busy dinner rush of deliveries, online orders, walk in orders, a technical issue with their computer system, and two of the team members leaving for a brief period to jump one of the delivery driver’s car (it was only 18°F outside), they still managed to be kind, courteous, and get our pizza to us in only 12 minutes – from walking in and ordering, to leaving with a fresh, hot pizza. I very much appreciated the customer service of the staff that evening.

The app would not let me schedule a time for some reason so I got the call center. They took my.order but apparently they did not work either so the store called me, got my order and got it to my quickly. There was no receipt with my order so they quickly got me one. Great service by that store.

App didn’t accurately show pizza status. Arrived on time but waited 10 more minutes before calling to check on pizza. Was then told they were busy, but it was ready would be right out (curbside requested). After 10+ more minutes, I went inside to get pizza. Waited inside another 10+ minutes before being told 1 of 2 pizzas in Triple Treat was a little burnt, so they were remaking it. Finally got the Triple Treat(not in a Triple Treat box) and finally home about an hour after ordering in app instead of the 19 minutes initially shown. Need clearer reliable and honest information about the order process. Food was good but process to get it was very frustrating.
